Now Damashianos provides 3 services under one roof(Placement, Hospitality & Training roof(Placement, Academy). Increased scope of Operations by setting up its Events and Entertainment Company called ;OCCASIONZ Events in 2005 to cater the increasing Corporate and Private Events requirement.

Increased scope of Operations by setting up its events and entertainment company called OCCASIONZ Events in 2005 to cater the increasing corporate and private events requirement. Needa Pereira (Sales & Marketing) Joined Damashiano's in the year 2006, has executed more than 20 projects in recruitment and training. Human Resource Development has always been her hobby which is now been become her profession. Planning concepts for marketing and motivating team people has always been her key area. Ashifa Kabaria (H.R. Consultant) Joined Damashianos in the year 2006, has always been a target oriented individual in recruitment. As an associate, has executed more than 12 projects into recruitment and data collection.

Damashianos Hospitality (Facility Management) & Damashiano Training Institute was officially launched in the year 2000. Trained people has been constant requirement of this industry.
