Rate Sheet

Court
$100 for each document filed with the court or into the case file. $1,000 for each required appearance. o $500/hour for actual time spent in the courtroom. 10x all court costs & all legal fees.

Notices
Incoming o $10 for each item you send via standard 1st class mail. o $25 for each item you send as a certified letter. o $5,000 for each item delivered directly to the living soul. o $10,000 for each item attached to personal property. Outgoing o $45 for each certified letter sent to you. o Notary Fee Schedule $100 for each notarized autograph. $25/page for each document requiring certification. $500 for certifying the document delivery process o $1,000 process server fee. o $250 Administration Fee

Telecommunications
Incoming Phone Calls o $50 for each between 2:00pm 10:00pm CST o $5,000 for each between 10:01pm 1:58pm CST o $1,000 additional charge for not leaving a message if call is unanswered. Outgoing Phone Calls o #25 for each between 2:00pm 10:00pm CST o $10,000 for each between 10:00pm 2:00pm CST

Documents
All applications, complaints, or other forms that may be required by any regulations &/or statutes for each county, state, &/or federal entity, including but not limited to law enforcement agencies regarding all harms &/or faults incurred. o $50/hour for locating & completing all forms & documents. o $50/page for filing each document with respective agency. $75/page for the recording of any documents into the public record.

Research
$500/hour for each offer that you send to me. $625/hour for all suits against you. $750/hour for ascertaining all parties to suit. $1,000/hour for suits brought against me $2,500 Administrative Fee

Travel
Local o Up To $25,000 Required Retainer (dependent upon the issue at hand.) o $500/journey within the State of Illinois <25 miles roundtrip. o $1,000/journey within the State of Illinois 25-100 miles roundtrip. o Must Provide Insured & Bonded Transportation Service. (see note 1) Non-Local o Within the 48 Continental United States $25,000 Required Retainer. $2,500/day for Principle $1,500/day for CNA/PCA. Travel Items (see notes) 1st Class Air Fare for 2 Rental Vehicle o Full coverage Insurance. o Prepaid Gas Cards. Lodging 1st Class Hotel Double Occupancy Suite Separate Beds o World-wide $50,000 Required Retainer. $5,000/day for Principle. $3,000/day for CNA/PCA. o In The Event of Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Property: $1,000/day/item Until Item Recovery or Replacement 10x Actual Repair & Replacement Costs Incidences Involving Wheelchair: Immediate Provision for Suitable Loaner $1,000/Second Until: o Returned in Acceptable Condition o Replacement with Exact Make & Model $100,000 if the place where my presence is required is not wheelchair accessible.

Collections
All defaults, non-response, or judicial judgments that lead to any collection activity shall be billed o 100x all collection costs.

Intellectual Property
Copyrights o Infringement $5,000 for the first occurrence following notice. $10,000 for each infringement incident thereafter. o License A written license may be obtained directly through written request. All requests must fully identify the party or entity making the request, specify use of owned property, number of uses, any time elements, profit projections, and desired license type individual or group. The types of licenses considered and/or granted shall be:

License determination shall be made within 10-days at which time a written agreement outlining terms of use, pricing, payment structure & method, along with the necessary instructions for the finalization of the agreement. o Purchase. I will consider all legitimate & sincere offers to purchase any copyright that I have lawful ownership of all rights thereof. Notes: All accommodations, lodging, and transportation provided must be wheelchair accessible. Payments o Full discharge of charges shall be due & payable within 72-hours after receipt of notice. o Failure to fully discharge within 72-hours shall Incur a late charge of $1,000/second. Accrue interest at a rate of 10% compounded daily. o The amounts listed on this Rate Sheet are only payable in gold or silver in the physical form of pre-1933 U.S. coinage with the value established by the Coinage Act of 1792. o Payments may be made with any combination of gold & silver pre-1933 U.S. coinage that has the total weight verified & certified. $1 equals 371.25 grains (24.1 grams) pure silver. $10 equals 247.5 grains (16.0 grams) pure gold. o Federal Reserve Notes shall NOT be considered an acceptable form of payment. Payments must be tendered in lawful money and not any fiat currency or any other monetary instrument. Non-response is acceptance of liability outlined in accompanying documents.
