Format for Event Summary

We spend 65% of our life at home, so it is important that the environment is healthy, positive and regenerative. The new emerging mantra for real estate is eco housing having a healthy, happy and sustainable habit. Overview Problem Statement Design an eco-friendly village house.
The house should be design such that the materials used for construction are economical at the same time with high strength. There should be efficient use of energy by renewable resources. Also there should be low waste generation, pollution and environment degradation.

Design specification 1. 2. 3. 4. House is to be built in Village : CHANGA, Ta: Petlad of ANAND district. Area should be 3500sq feet. Low income family with 5 members. (father, mother, son, grandfather, grandmother) The area of the site is to be selected from the Google maps of the site and surrounding. 5. Following are the minimum thing that a participant should consider while making the design: a. energy efficient b. material used locally available c. indoor environment quality d. should obey building bylaws

Round Structure PRELIMS: i. Each team is required to submit their detail plan showing all details at various
floor level also contour plan.
Note by drawing sheet of A0 size. If possible even submit AutoCAD Drawing

ii. Give specifications in (.pdf) format about systems that use energy from resources
(like water, sun & etc.) provided in your house.

FINALS:
Each team will have to give the presentation on the day of event.

The judging criteria will be: 1. Judging will be based on efficient use of space, amount of energy saved, and material 2. Judging will be based on how much content cover (3D model will increase grade of plan)
and how use building by laws in making plan of house. 3. The presentation given by each team is how much effective. used, etc. (how well the green concept is used).

Rules
1. Each Team must essentially have maximum 3 members.

2. To all teams will provide projector to represent their presentation.

3. Sheet of plan must be full imperial in size.

4. Organizers decision is the last decision regarding any discrepancy on the spot or before the event.
5. All the participants need to bring along their college Identity Cards.
