Compressor 290 Sm3/h, 90 kW

LCNG Pump 600 Sm3/h, 20 kW

Larger civil works, area, building, operation, maintenance, noise, electricity consumption 100%

Open air installation, Cold end exchange 4 hours, electricity consumption 11%

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF LNG/LCNG TECHNOLOGY

Dedicated LNG storage tank design Low energy consumption in comparison with CNG machines - LNG submerged pump - HP piston pump (up to 350 bar) High pressure ambient air vaporizers - no mowing parts = no maintenance - no energy consumption, heated by ambient air only CNG buffer & CNG dispenser are the same as atnormal CNG fueling station LNG pump skid: - continuously submerged pump in cold liquid = instant start - flow rate 190lit/min = very short refueling time of buses/trucks LNG Dispenser MID approved flow meter/system

Original LNG bus manufacturer SOLBUS, Poland

Original LNG truck manufacturers

Volvo FM Methanediesel 460 HP ; dual fuel 25% Diesel + 75% LNG ; 100 trucks in 2011 to UK, Sweden, Netherland Iveco Stralis LNG 270 HP (option 330 HP) ; 1000 km autonomy (much bigger than CNG). Mercedes Econics, 279 HP, 1000 km autonomy. 5000 LNG trucks and busses are in operation in USA. Important progress in China and Australia. UK 300 vehicles now (80 last year), Coca Cola, UPS, Tesco , DHL, etc.

Examples of dynamics of business

250 LNG trucks implemented in the Port of Los Angeles transport systems Chart has been getting orders for 400 LNG vehicle tanks in Europe for 2012 Clean Energy (our customer) develops LNG blue highway corridors throughout USA NGVA Europe supports LNG blue corridors strategy for dual fuel trucks Sufficient distance between LNG stations is 1000 km the European Commission highlights the importance of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminals to cover Europe's future increasing demand for natural gas. This estimation coincides with NGVA Europe's focus to promote a European NG/biomethane supply chain for long distance road transport via LNG Blue Corridors

Main data for the filling terminal HALHJEM (Norway):

Ferry

Storage tank: 2x HT 500 m3 (total 1000 m3 gross volume) Cryogenic pump: 1700 liter/min VIP: DN150; 100 meters (under the ground) Refilling of the ships (e.g. BergensFjord Norway 2x 125 m3) Frequency of filling of ships every night !
VIP interconnecting piping (bellow roadway) Filling module

Storage tanks 2x HT500

CONCLUSIONS
LNG is rapidly becoming more available. Sourcing for Central Europe from liquefiers in Poland from marine terminals Ecological and economical solution LCNG stations can improve CNG fueling infrastructure

LNG fueling time is comparable to diesel fueling time

ISO standards are under development. Existing installations have been accepted on the base of more general standards Emission restriction for ships in harbors are driving force for marine applications (can be also applicable on inland water-ways).

FUELING CAN BE BORING OPERATION DONT BE AFRAID.. :-)
