Pupils have been exposed to and are able to use MS Word, MS PowerPoint , MS Excel and HotPotatoes. 3. Pupils have been taught about the internet and are able to access the internet. and know how to e-mail. 60 minutes Theme World Of Knowledge 3. Identify various types of occupations and their places of work 2. Answer questions on occupations using MS Excel and HotPotatoes 3. Surf the web and answer the questions on occupations. 4. E-mail as attachment the exercise completed in MS Word on occupations to the teacher.

1. Pupils attempt interactive exercise in MS Excel and HotPotatoes. 2. E-mailing their teacher their work. 3. Evaluation Pupils test their understanding of the topic by writing a composition My Ambition in MS Word and e-mailing it to the teacher as attachment. (15 mins) (Evaluate) 5. Conclusion Pupils answer interesting activites of the topic by doing the exercises from the posted websites. (10 mins) (Evaluate) 1. Requests pupils to pay attention to the short movie clip 2. Asks pupils to name the occupations in the movie 3. Uses MS PowerPoint presentation to further explain about the topic and pronunciation is also emphasized.

Instructs pupils to test themselves by doing the exercises from the websites indicated. 1. Listen attentively to the movie clip and to thepresentation in MS PowerPoint. 2. Answer simple questions based on the presentation. 3. Figure out the answers to the exercises in MS Excel and Hotpotatoes6. 4. Writing a composition entitled My Ambition and sending it as attachment to the teacher through e-mail. 5. Test their understanding of the topic by doing the exercises from the posted websites. It fulfils the needs of learning objectives of English Language Year 4 ( KBSR ) including the thinking skills and the constructivist view of teaching and learning.
