Our application, voice and data solutions are hosted in a fully IGSoC accredited, N3 connected, ISO 9000 and ISO 20007 compliant environment provided by partner InTechnology, who owns and operates three data centres in the UK. Over 3500 healthcare connections are managed via a secure, private network, while all application, data and network support is provided by UK-based, trained and accredited staff.

InMedicals partner InTechnology owns and manages state-of-the art data centres which provide a next-generation data environment suitable for all levels of patient identifiable data (PID) compliance. The virtual server environment provides ultimate flexibility enabling an organization to scale its server requirements up or down, removing CAPEX almost totally and removing costly operating costs. Using their FlexiStor data management services provides an immediate solution to storing large volumes of data. Recognising that different file types require different security levels and access immediacy, FlexiStor prioritises access to data based on value rather than volume. In this way, for example, historic diagnostic results are stored differently to recent patient communications. This ensures that your surgery, CCG or hospital does not have to constantly invest, maintain and insure expensive server platforms.
