Announces International Distribution Agreement with J & K International, LLC

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Date: March 13, 2012 BEND, OR, March 13, 2012 U.S. Rare Earth Minerals, Inc., (OTCQB: USMN) announced today that it has entered into a 10 year Master Distributor Agreement with J & K International, LLC to distribute the Companys full line of EXCELERITE products in select regions of Asia and Africa. The decision to partner with J & K was made with a positive outlook on future large volume sales for USMN. J&Ks success comes from established international business contacts, relationships, experience and expertise within those regions selling and marketing products for agricultural and animal uses and for human consumption.
