On September 13, 2 012, the court entered an order to show
cause why the Receiver should not pay certain fee enhancements to
professionals in this case (#2118). To date, no objections have
been filed. Accordingly, the following fee enhancements are
awarded:

Mr. Elsaesser's hourly rate is adjusted upward to $397 from
$350 for a fee enhancement of $150,000.
