State Urban Development Agency (SUDA), U.P. invites applications for the following positions from Indian nationals for engagement on purely contractual basis at the SUDA, U.P. under Slum Free City Technical Cell under RAY (at the State Nodal Agency Level). The engagement will initially be for one year and may be continued subject to the performance of candidate.

Should have exposure to software development & project management, database management, MIS etc. 1 Negotiable Minimum 5 year experience in demonstrated proficiency and creative application of GIS in the urban context, knowledge of urban planning & housing, ability to work with, motivated train Govt. staff 1 Negotiable Minimum 5 year work experience in urban planning with experience of urban infrastructure projects & reform oriented projects is desirable. 1 Negotiable Minimum 5 year work experience in social & community development, practical experience of working in the development areas, preferably in urban development & social sector reform and training & capacity building in social development and community participation processes. 1 Negotiable Minimum 5 year work experience in procurement, design and supervision of infrastructure work 1 Negotiable Minimum 5 year work experience in urban sector, wide knowledge and experience in implementation governance reform, Training in organizational behavior and management of institutional change processes, experience in designing capacity building activities, preferably in the municipal environment

Essential Qualifications - A masters degree in related subjects. Ph.D. in concerned / relevant discipline would be given preference.

General Conditions- Extensive travel is involved, TA/DA as per rules, Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi is essential, Working knowledge of computer is essential, Experience in related area is essential.
