Blessed be the name of the Lord
Blessed be Your glorious name
(Bridge)
You give and take away
You give and take away
My heart will choose to say
Lord blessed be Your name

God of This City / How Great is Our God
You're the God of this city
You're the King of these people
You're the Lord of this nation
You are
You're the light in this darkness
You're the hope to the hopeless
You're the peace to the restless
You are
(pre-chorus)
There is no one like our God
There is no one like our God
(chorus)
Greater things have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done in this city
Greater things have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done in this city
Almighty God, whose Son our Savior Jesus Christ is the light of the world: Grant that your people,
illumined by your Word and Sacraments, may shine with the radiance of Christ¹s glory, that he may
be known, worshipped, and obeyed to the ends of the earth; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who
with you and the Holy Spirit lives and reigns, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

LITURGY OF THE WORD
Please be seated.
Psalm 33
To be read in unison
1
Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous.*
Praise befits the upright.
2
Praise the Lord with the lyre;*
make melody to him with the harp of ten strings.
3
Sing to him a new song;*
play skilfully on the strings, with loud shouts.
4
For the word of the Lord is upright,*
and all his work is done in faithfulness.
5
He loves righteousness and justice;*
the earth is full of the steadfast love of the Lord.
13
The Lord looks down from heaven;*
he sees all humankind.
14
From where he sits enthroned he watches*
all the inhabitants of the earth—
15
he who fashions the hearts of them all,*
and observes all their deeds.
16
A king is not saved by his great army;*
a warrior is not delivered by his great strength.
17
The war horse is a vain hope for victory,*
and by its great might it cannot save.
18
Truly the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him,*
on those who hope in his steadfast love,
19
to deliver their soul from death,*
and to keep them alive in famine.
20
Our soul waits for the Lord;*
he is our help and shield.
21
Our heart is glad in him,*
because we trust in his holy name.
22
Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us,*
even as we hope in you.

The Communion Hymns
Please be seated and sing
Speak, O Lord
Speak, O Lord as we come to You
To receive the food of Your holy word
Take Your truth, plant it deep in us
Shape and fashion us in Your likeness
That the light of Christ might be seen today
In our acts of love and our deeds of faith
Speak, O Lord and fulfill in us
All Your purposes for Your glory
12
Psalm 23
The Lord's my Shepherd I'll not want
He makes me lie in pastures green
He leads me by the still, still waters
His goodness restores my soul
He guides my ways in righteousness
And He anoints my head with oil
And my cup it overflows with joy
I feast on His pure delights
(Chorus)
And I will trust in You alone
And I will trust in You alone
For Your endless mercy follows me
Your goodness will lead me home
And though I walk the darkest path
I will not fear the evil one
For You are with me
And Your rod and staff
Are the comfort I need to know
Awesome Beauty
Lord of all creation
We gladly bow to You
King of every nation
We give our hearts to You
My soul finds rest in You alone
I will not be shaken
May Your ways be known in all the earth
For You are above all others
(Chorus)
Awesome beauty, perfect faithfulness
Endless mercy, mighty Lamb
Lord of all creation
We gladly bow to You
King of every nation
We give our hearts to You
Those who look to You are radiant
I won't be ashamed
May Your name be known in all the earth
For You are above all others
