Interview-1
PROFILING TEST-

1 logical indicator (LI-1) and a psychometric indicator (PI-1) Logical indicator was a very easy logical aptitude test consisting of 50 questions to be completed in 12 mins. There is no negative marking. The level of questions was easier than the standard MAT aptitude test of India. There is a cut-off for the test and a candidate just need to pass the cut-off. Though I dont know precisely what the cut off is but I guess its around 25. Psychometric indicator consists of 2 different papers each consisting of around 40- 50 different character traits (like intelligent, honest, etc) and in one candidate needs to mark what he thinks of himself and in the other he needs to mark how others expects him to be. This is the most important test in their selection process and they shortlist students whose PI scores matches with their predetermined parameters.(later I came to know from HR that they make a very analytical graph indicating 5 different character traits of the person on the basis of this test)
