PUBLIC NOTICE In compliance with Section 5715.17 of the Revised Code of Ohio, public notice is hereby given, to the real estate owners of Monroe County, ohio, that the County Board of Revision has completed its work of equalization and transmitted the returns to the County Auditor, and that the tax returns for the year 2012 have been revised and the valuations completed and are open for publication inspection at the office of the County Auditor at Woodsfield, Ohio. The County Auditor will, upon request, furnish to any person a certificate setting forth the valuation for tax purposes of any tract, lot or parcel of real estate situated in the county, or will, upon receipt of sufficient postage, mail the same. Furthermore, the Board of Revision of Monroe County, ohio, will hear any complaints against valuation or assessments, except valuations fixed and assessments made by the Tax Commissioner, at the office of the County Auditor at Woodsfield, Ohio, on Mon., Oct. 15, 2012, at 1 p.m. Oct. 4, 11, 2012 -----------------ROAD NOTICE VIEW AND PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Monroe County Commissioners will meet on Oct. 15, 2012 at 9 a.m. at the Brownsville Grange Hall to view and go over certain roads/alleys for the purpose of determining their public importance.

The proposed improvement is to vacate/close roads in the town of Brownsville, Benton Twp., that have not been used or maintained for many years. The Commissioners will meet on this same day for a public hearing at 1 p.m. in the office of said County Commissioners, 101 N. Main St., Rm. 34, Woodsfield, OH for all persons whose interests would be affected by said improvements, for or against going forward with the proposed improvements. A 1/3 of 1/16 interest in the oil and gas royalty from the Real Property which may be held by Enfield Dougherty by virtue of the following documents: Probate Case # 156D of the Monroe County Probate Court, the decedent being Minerva J. Dougherty executed Nov. 1921, and the 8, Certificate to Recorder, Real Estate Devised by Will recorded April 18, 1927 at Vol. 96, Page 537 of the Deed Records of Monroe County. ii. A 1/15 of 1/16 interest in the oil and gas royalty from the Real Property which may be held by each William Dougherty, Rosa Ruff, Margaret Mahlon Dougherty, Dougherty, and Asher Dougherty by virtue of the document: following Probate Case #161D of Monroe County the Probate Court filed June 17, 1926, the decedent
being Enfield Dougherty. iii. A 1/75 of 1/16 interest in the oil and gas royalty from the Real Property which may be held by each Grace Archer, Nicholas Dougherty, Florence Knepper, Mamie Sims, Henry Dougherty, Howard Dougherty, Marcella Gatti, John Dougherty, Thomas Dougherty, and Ellis Dougherty by virtue of the following documents: Probate Case #2753 of the Monroe County Probate Court filed May 22, 1963, the decedent being Margaret Dougherty. (b) A 1/3 of a 1/16 interest in the oil and gas royalty from the Real Property held by Mary E.
