The management takes good care of the problems of the employees and tries to solve it.
I have plans & inspirations to advance in K&NS. I always understand what expected to me. I have the materials and equipment I need to do my job well. When a decision is made involving my area of responsibility, I am involved in the decision. My work at K&NS is making me develop my skills & knowledge. I feel productive in my role at K&NS. We have good opportunity to learn new skills and new job Staff meeting is useful source of information. Job related education opportunities are also provided. There are clear career ladders for advancement within the department. We have regular discussions to review our performance, discuss common problems, or plans to ways to improve.
