Your car insurance company has told you that they are going to increase the sum you have to pay in insurance for your car each month. You are not happy about this. Write a letter to your insurance company. Hello, T T T T T T F F F F F F
I am writing to you as I have recently received a letter from you informing me that the insurance for my car is going to increase from next month. As you will find out if you check my records, I have been buying insurance from your company for nearly seven years now. During this time, Ive never had an accident. Havent you noticed what a good driver I am? I understand that sometimes prices need to be increased. However, this increase you are suggesting will result in a 20% increase in the amount I pay each month, a rate I feel is too much. Explain this change immediately!!! If you are unable to explain it, then I am afraid that I will have to move my insurance to another company. Hope you write to me soon. Yours forever, Mr Mahmoud Khan

Good evening, Im writing in connection with my recent stay at the Four Seasons in London. Unfortunately, I spent three miserable nights at your hotel from April 26 29, 2010. When I arrived in London, there was an unexpected snowstorm. Although the temperatures were really low, there was no heat in my room. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told the hotel was completely booked. Eventually, I spent three horribly uncomfortable nights, ending up with a bad cold from the unheated room. I am shocked by this terrible service. Are you crazy?! To compensate me for this inconvenience, I ask that you refund my money right away. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP. Yours, Mr John McFee
