Finding other information

All KS3 target information for Year 9 and modest and ambitious grades for Year 11 can be assessed through your marksheets.

15 | P a g e

The modest and ambitious marksheets show your predicted grades and the Fisher Family Trust grades.

Modest and Ambitious Information

To find this information select the Y11 Mod/Amb marksheet. These marksheets are created at the beginning of the school year from Fisher Family Trust information and the modest and ambitious grades that you give them. The colour coding shows whether your predicted grades are above, below or the same at the FFT ones.

16 | P a g e

Tutor Marksheets
Tutors will have marksheets that show effort grades for each lot of grades given, colours are used in this one to indicate which grade they have been given, A is green, B yellow etc. These are produced on a termly basis once the datasticks have been read in.

Tutor Reports
Tutors can complete their Tutor Reports in the same way as they would complete a comment box in a report.

17 | P a g e

Reference Reports
Tutors for Year 11 will also have Reference Report that they can complete as above.

End of Year Information

These marksheets are saved as End of Year. Year 7 and 8 marksheets only require the exam mark, these will have to be typed in, but just enter the mark, do not enter a %.

18 | P a g e

Year 9 marksheets need a teacher assessment level, an effort grade and an exam mark

The teacher assessment levels and effort grades can be completed by right clicking into the box and selecting the grade. The exam mark will need to be entered manually.

19 | P a g e

Year 10 End of Year marksheets require an achievement, effort and an exam mark.

Other Marksheets
Bespoke Marksheets can be created for your department, class, year group etc. This one has been set up for the English Department which shows the marks for pieces of work produced throughout their GSCE course, comparing grades to FFT data.

20 | P a g e

Class Changes
Marksheets are produced from the class information that we get from you, so it is imperative that if you have any class/set changes that you inform Jania and Jackie as soon as possible otherwise, the pupils on your marksheets will be incorrect. When we make a class change in SIMS it updates the marksheets immediately.
