Moldex became and still today the market leader in the PVC pipes industry. In the early 90's the company diversified into real estate development establishing Moldex Realty, Inc. It is an enterprise devoted to horizontal project expansion. In 1995 Moldex Land Inc. was organized, a company focused on high-rise developments.
