Introduction An endangered species is a group of living population that has (or can develop) the ability to act or function independently and facing a high risk of becoming extinct due to either of now of very few numbers or because of the changing environment conditions or because of being pray by the humans. The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) has stated in its report in year 2010 that the percentage of these species is very low now and is decreasing day by day. These species now are now very rare to see everywhere; these are found only in some specific areas of the world.

Discussion Canada is known throughout the world for the beauty of the natural world. There is a wide variety of species and habitats, but they are fast diminishing. Some species are now extinct and others are extirpated, which means that they are no longer seen in regions of the country where they used to exist. There are 516 Canadian species which are defined in this endangered species category. These species have become endangered because of the number of reasons which consists of hunting, humans always go for hunting in the forest for food and also for their entertainment because of this these species are getting reduced in the Canada, as most of being used in the food daily at a larger scale. Next is the changing environment conditions is the main cause of the species in Canada, these species are not able to adopt the new environment so getting in to trouble and slowly getting in the list of extinct. The other reason is as few numbers of species and lack of protection of these species putting in to the list of an endangered species. Conclusion The recent reports have reported about the endangered species that in Canadian region the numbers of Acadian Flycatcher species are decreasing day by day. There is need of the proper legal protection for these species and proper environmental conditions for their living. The ecosystem got disturb because of these species extinct. The conclusion is that government and the public of the Canada need to take some right steps in order to prevent these rare species.
