You should be able to identify the key actions that Benih.com is going to pursue. 3) The right person should concentrate on developing new revenue streams from new products and services, while optimizing income from existing lines through innovative marketing and rapid exploitation of changing customer needs and tastes. 4) The right person works to expand companys product reach and provide revenues. He/she is able to identify new markets and attracting new partners and customers, identify sales points, develop strategic plans and sales strategies, and undertakes presentations to and negotiations with prospectus. November 1, 2012 What are some of your responsibilities ? Basically you will lead Benih.com and grow this business. You will be responsible for running the business day-to-day, this role is crucial to hold the business together and to lead the changes which will ensure future success.

 Establish and have a business plan so you will not lose sight of your goals and objectives Secure sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion Attend workshops, seminars, shows, to keep up to date on changes on the Cloud. Adopt a team approach, work with others in pursuing common goals. Develop a situation analysis of Benih.com including its strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threates to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business. What criteria are we looking for?
