    A response to a plea from the People of China concerning electronic devices and bio-weapons Intrusive electronic devices are not a sole concern of China, the United States of America, or any specific country of the world. Electronic behavioral control is a Global Concern. The day that political leadership open the gate for private corporations to freely manufacture and devise any style, make, or model for profit; and use these devices on their own people, was the day human life became a cheap commodity of abundant surplus, save the wealthy few or those in power. My only condolences to you, the victims and your families, is to assure you that your cry for help has been heard, and most importantly, my warmest regards to let you know, “You Are Not Alone!” There are more of us than them. Keep the faith; it is just a matter of time, when they will come to their senses. History repeats, it will not be long when they realize that they have lost their own Civil Rights and Liberties, by taking them away from the people. It is just a matter of time, when one of their own family members is a victim of their own systems of electronic behavioral control and Human experimentation. It is just matter of time, when the police come knocking at their own doors and take them away without charges. In the United States of America, I can say “That Day Has Come! “

    "A Letter in Response to a Plea from the People of China" September 12 2012 As a United States Patriot, student, and scholar of Ethics, I received your letter, which brings tears to my eyes for those who have been harmed by un-Godly human experimentation, concerning electronic devices. These techniques, processes, and schemas are not new to the world, electronic behavioral control devices have been known by academia and engineers for over fifty-years. Intrusive electronic devices are not a sole concern of China, the United States of America, or any specific country of the world. Electronic behavioral control is a Global Concern. The day that political leadership open the gate for private corporations to freely manufacture and devise any style, make, or model for profit; and use these devices on their own people, was the day human life became a cheap commodity of abundant surplus, save the wealthy few or those in power.
