Entries Closing Date

All entries must be made using the provided entry forms. Entries must reach the organizers address at least one week before the competition. Entries may be made in person, by post, fax or via internet. Payment must be made cash during the competition days. Each competitor will be charged 300 thb per show administration fee for processing entries and results. Permanent stabling 2,000 thb per show, Wednesday-Monday Temporary stabling 1,500 thb per show, Wednesday-Monday or, 500 thb per day

Veterinary fee

All horses entered are required to pay a fee of 300thb/show for veterinary services. There will be a team of Vets standing by at all times during the show. An additional MCP fee of 500thb will be charged for participants of the Big Tour. The competition will be run under Federation of Equestrian International (FEI) and Thailand Equestrian Federation (TEF) rules. In any circumstances where FEI or TEF rules are not available the organizing committee will have the authority to make a decision 238.2.2: Jumping competition with one jump off 238.2.1: One round against the clock 269 (Accumulator):One round against the clock with a joker fence 274.5.6: Jumping competition in two phases 239 Table C: Jumping competition against the clock, jumping faults will be penalized in time (4 added seconds/knock down)

Prize Giving

Placed riders should attend the prize giving ceremony mounted to receive their prizes. The owner of the winning horse will be invited to attend the ceremony of the Grand Prix. All riders are expected to wear a hard hat, riding boots and shirt when mounted on horseback. The competition grounds and stable area must be kept clean and tidy at all times Cooking inside the stable blocks is not allowed. For safety reasons take precautions regarding electrical wires and appliances. No smoking in the stable areas. 36x72m (main arena). 20x60m (warm-up arena)

Horse Passport

Horse passports must be available upon entry into the showground and handed to the show secretariat. Horses competing in the big tour CSI* must have updated FEI passport In order to keep Bangkok and surrounding areas an EIA & Surra free Zone we require a negative EIA (Coggins Test) and Surra blood result not older than 2 month. Additionally all competing horses/ponies must be vaccinated against Japanese B Encephalitis and Equine Influenza. Vaccination records (in the horse passport) and negative blood test results have to be shown upon arrival to the show secretariat. Horse Identification numbers will be distributed at the show office. If your horse is entering both of the shows you will keep the same number. Technical Briefing Thailand Championship Qualifiers

After the vet inspection at 18:00hrs CSI Nakhon Nayok #2 is the host of the Thailand Championships qualifier number 4. If you enter in any of these classes you are automatically entered for the open section (any age or nationality) To enter in the Thailand Championship qualifiers; Sub Junior, Junior, Young Rider or Senior, there is an additional entry fee of 1,000 thb (Thai nationals only)
