Ford Fiesta S2000

The Ford Fiesta S2000 is the second of M-Sports Global Rally Cars being eligible to compete worldwide in National Series as well as the IRC and S-WRC. Designed using experience from all of M-Sports previous championship winning cars the S2000 was always going to be a winner, this was soon proven after winning the Monte Carlo Rally on its competitive debut and the S-WRC in its first full year of competition. Technical Specification Engine: Ford 1998cc Pipo built I4 Duratec S2000 engine. Four cylinders, 16 valves. Bore 87mm. Stroke 83mm. Cosworth electronics engine management system. Catalytic converter. Power: 296 PS @ 8250 rpm (FIA WRC fuel). Torque: 260 Nm @ 6750 rpm. Transmission: Permanent four-wheel drive. M-Sport / Xtrac six speed sequential gearbox with AP clutch. Suspension: Front and rear: MacPherson struts with Reiger external reservoir dampers, three-way adjustable. Fully adjustable fabricated steel links. Front and rear anti-roll bars. Machined aluminium uprights. Brakes: Gravel (front and rear): 300mm Brembo ventilated discs with Brembo four piston monoblock calipers. Asphalt: (front): 355mm Brembo ventilated discs with Brembo four-piston monoblock calipers. (rear): 300mm Brembo ventilated discs with Brembo four-piston monoblock calipers. Hydraulic handbrake. Ford Fiesta S2000

M-Sport offers a fully comprehensive repair and rebuild service for all components on the Fiesta S2000. The assemblies that can be rebuilt or repaired include Shell, Engine, Transmissions, Hydraulics, Dampers, Suspension, Electrical Harnesses and Electronics.

Engine Rebuild
Recommended Service Interval: 1500km. Oil to be changed after every 100km. Rebuild Time: One Working Week Rebuild Cost: Standard Rebuild Cost 12,940 (Parts 8,740, Labour 4,200) Description of Works: Full engine strip down, inspection and rebuild, tested on dyno before delivery. Standard rebuild does not include: Cylinder Head Cylinder Block Tappets Cranskshaft Conrods Flywheel Starter Motor Exhaust Manifold Sensors and Wiring Notice Required for Rebuild: 6 Weeks Engine Exchange Scheme: 16,000. Exchange engine must be running with good oil pressure.

Transmission Rebuild
Recommended Service Interval: 2000km, subsequent checks set at 1000km intervals. Oil to be changed after every 100km with dog inspection after every 400km. Rebuild Time: One Working Week Rebuild Cost: Each rebuild individually priced. Description of Works: Full transmission strip down, parts inspected and crack tested, full rebuild. Notice Required for Rebuild: 4 Weeks A transmission tool set is available for purchase by the client allowing them to service and rebuild their own transmission sets. M-Sport can provide documentation or for an additional cost training for the rebuild of their own units. All transmission components are available to buy individually through the M-Sport sales team.

Damper Rebuild
Recommended Service Interval: 700km, clean and change bearing oil after every 400km. Rebuild Time: One Working Week Rebuild Cost: Each rebuild individually priced. Description of Works: Full damper strip, inspection rebuild and dyno test. Notice Required for Rebuild: 4 Weeks Dampers can be maintained directly by the client. All specialist tools for this are available to buy individually through the sales department.

100,000 Spares Kit

When purchasing a new competition vehicle, the amounts and selection of spares to purchase can be a difficult choice. Using M-Sports vast knowledge and experience of the S2000, a heavily discounted tarmac or gravel spares package has been designed which includes all the relevant items to ensure you have a comprehensive support kit for the car. Selected items from within the kit include: - Full set of transmissions - Body Panels - Steering Rack and Steering Pump - Dampers - 2 x Uprights (can be built to Fr or Rr)

Selected Spares Pricing

Should the customer wish to create their own spares package suited to the specific rallies they will compete in all parts are available to purchase separately through M-Sport. After purchasing the car M-Sport will supply the customer with a comprehensive exploded diagram parts book for the car, which lists descriptions and part numbers of all items. M-Sport offers a full after sales customer support package for the Fiesta S2000. Technical bulletins, technical procedures, rebuild and maintenance procedures are all available in addition to backup support from our dedicated workshop based customer support engineers. M-Sport can offer a service to provide on event support engineers. If requested by the customer, they will attend to help optimise the cars performance for the event as well as liaising with the team and driver about any setup or performance questions.
