*Note: Loin chops are cut extra thick 1.25 & butt/shoulder chops are 1 thick. Sausages are Wholearth Farmstudios own recipe with no additives or filler. Our Olde-Fashioned Crackling Roasts have skin on & Hams are smoked over Cherrywood. Occasional items may be substituted for cuts of similar or greater value. Weights of individual items are approximate & may varytotal will always match or exceed stated weight.
