VRV Asia Pacific based near Chennai (Madras, Southern India), designs and manufactures cryogenic equipment. Founded in 2007, the factory is located within the SriCity DTA adjacent to SriCity SEZ, the largest private sector multi-product SEZ in South India. The factory is strategically located on the the main national highway and connected to the three major ports of Southern India. VRV Asia Pacific is spread over an area of 30 acres. This is the first phase of acquisition for manufacture of cryogenic equipment. In March 2010 the first cryogenic tank manufactured in India was shipped to client. Currently, the production facility covers an area of over 10,000 m2 and is one of the most technologically sophisticated manufacturing facilities of cryogenic equipment in the world. VRV Asia Pacific has received ISO 9001:2008 certification, as well as the ASME (U) Stamp and will shortly also have the AS 1210 certification for the Australian market and KGSC Korean Registration Certificate. The products manufactured at VRV Asia Pacific factory currently include standard and engineered cryogenic tanks, semi-trailers, rigid tankers and Cryo Cyls.
