TOTAL SECURITY: THE BEST IMMIGRATION PROJECT FOR THE PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF USA (TS PROJECT)

When we look back in history in the beginnings of the United States and how it developed into one of the most important nations of the world, it is evident that this country has always been a nation of immigrants, whom have contributed positively to our nations development. As a way to say thanks to this great community of immigrants, is to propose a plan that will also bring security to all those who reside on American soil. The problems this nation is facing today are very different from those of the past. The rise in global terrorism, and regrettably within the nation, has left our citizens worried. It is necessary to take precautions so that no person who comes in or lives on American soil remains anonymous, without any way of being identified or of knowing the intention of why they are living in the United States. Though thousands of immigrants that have passed through the frontiers with the intention of working and establishing a higher standard of living, others, regrettably, have entered illegally solely for terroristic means. This problematic situation seems to have no solution, but I believe that this project which I have created is ideal to transform the United States of America into the most secure nation of the world and a model to be imitated by other nations. I. NAME OF THE PROJECT: TOTAL SECURITY

This title reflects the desire and need of every American citizen: to have the opportunity to live in a country that provides total security.

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT TOTAL SECURITY

This project has been created: To provide protection and security to our nation in its frontiers, ports and airports. To identify every visitor and foreign resident who lives, works, and does their life in this nation. To identify individually the millions of unknown immigrants who live in district parts of the nation. To provide immigrants with legal authorization, if they qualify, to obtain the possibility of the American Dream. III. METHOLOGY OF THE PROJECT TOTAL SECURITY

1. To launch through mass media an extensive campaign under the title Total Security for Everybody, to call and invite every illegal resident in this country to initiate the process to be able to qualify for their legal residency. 2. To stipulate a certain period of time, between three (3) and six (6) months, where every undocumented or illegal alien who has not been given neither working permit nor legal residency, can personally register in diversely designated States Offices in every city and region. 3. They would need to go these offices and fill out the TS Form (Total Security) to register individually. (The forms will be available for free in public places, such as: supermarkets, shopping malls, inside newspapers, etc, so that every person could obtain a form.

4. Every person will be fingerprinted, photographed and identified by examining their identification documents they brought from their country of origin. 5. Every person will pay for this procedure $ 10 (ten dollars) ($ 10 x 10,000.000.00 undocumented aliens = A profit for the National Reserve of $ 100,000.000.00 (one hundred millions of dollars). 6. Once this procedure has been finalized, within thirty to sixty working days from the date registered on the form, every person will receive by mall a card similar to the Social Security Cards, which will be called: Total Security. This card will be red and will have a specific number for every immigrant which will serve as the only acknowledged and authorized identification by the government for every immigrant. This card will allow the immigrant to seek a job legally and to obtain a drivers license. The color red has been specifically chosen to warn authorities and employers, etc, that this person is authorized to live and work in the country for five years, but does not yet have their legal residency. 7. With this card, individuals will be neither arrested nor deported from the country. This card will show police authorities, local governments, etc, that this person has fulfilled the first step of registration and that the individual is in the process of qualifying for their residency. 8. The TS (Total Security) card will be valid for five years and in it will contain the persons fingerprint and photo. Individuals should carry this document wherever they go since this will be their primary national identification and it should serve as identification for every legal proceeding they carry out.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR LEGAL RESIDENCY At the time the person receive the TS card, and important process will begin, so that the applicant may qualify to obtain legal residency. The applicant should obtain a certain number of points to be able to qualify to receive legal residency. During the following five years, the applicant should obtain one hundred points for every year adding to a total of 500 points. If the person does not obtain the 500 points, he or she will not qualify to obtain legal residency and may be deported. To obtain the 500 points the immigrant must do the following every year: a) File their taxes annually. (This will add 50 points) (They will need to show proof with their tax report) b) Comport themselves well in society. (This will add another 50 points) (They will need to show proof of this every year through a police report) At the end of every year, the person will have to go to the nearest regional office, where they will present the original copy of their filed taxes and a police report to prove their good conduct. Once it has been revised, the teller will mark a seal of approval for that year in the back of their Total Security Card. This same process will be carried out for five years. STEPS TO KEEP IN MIND:

1. The good conduct police report should be requested towards the end of December of every year in the applicants nearest police station. 2. Taxes should be filed between January 1st and April 15th of the following year. 3. Once the applicant has obtained the police report and the tax report, he or she will be directed to the authorized government office so that their year can be approved to receive their one hundred points.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION Applicants who exhibit poor behavior due to theft, homicides, murder, drugs, alcohol, terrorism, sexual abuse, disregard of police authorities, etc, will be automatically disqualified from processing their legal residency. An example to understand who the process will look like during the five years: At the end of the year 2013, add 100 points (and obtain a seal) = 100 points. At the end of the year 2014, add 100 points (and obtain a seal) = 100 points. At the end of the year 2015, add 100 points (and obtain a seal) = 100 points. At the end of the year 2016, add 100 points (and obtain a seal) = 100 points.

At the end of the year 2017, add 100 points (and obtain a seal) = 100 points. TOTAL NUMBERS OF SEAL RECEIVED: 5 (five) TOTAL NUMBER OF POINTS ADDED AT THE END OF THE FIFTH YEAR: 500 (five hundred) points In this way, the applicant will qualify to initiate their legal residency papers. This Project will give peace and security to every person residing on American soil. It will also provide a glimmer of hope to every honest immigrant who seeks to advance and become a good citizen in the United States of America. God bless America!
