Sevilla in support of and for the general welfare, interests and protection of the Real Estate Service Practitioners-at-Large within the Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioners (PhilRES) Incorporated. PhilRES AIPO Members' Blog Facebook Group Page is also put up in anticipation of moves to stifle and stop the advocacies of Truth and Transparency that i have enunciated under the PhilRES-AIPO Facebook Page but which some people who are threatened by my advocacy are trying to muzzle or completely stop. Sevilla is an original Founding Member and Incorporator of the AIPO (Accreditted and Integrated Professional Organization) for the real estate service under the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) - the Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioners (PhilRES) Incorporated. All of his personal opinions and his personal views in this blog are entirely his own, based on his personal knowledge and experiences as a sitting Trustee and until his recent resignation as Vice Chairman of the Board of the PhilRES National Board of Trustees and does not reflect the official position of the Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioners (PhilRES) Incorporated. While fully committed and supportive of PhilRES as the AIPO for the real estate service, the Administrator shall not hesitate to criticize and air constructive criticisms or expose any questionable acts or policies of the PhilRES National Directorate and/or any of its officers or any of its plans and/or programs for what the Administrator perceives as miss-steps or errors in judgement by PhilRES' National Directorate in the pursuit of the Administrator's advocacy for transparency and accountability in order to protect and best serve the welfare and interests of the real estate service practitioner and those of PhilRES as the AIPO for the real estate service. The Administrator will not be responsible for any postings, comments or statements posted by other bloggers in this site. Honesty, Order, Professionalism, Ethical Practices and Transparency in the Marketplac The Administrator fully espouses the principle of "Ceasar's Wife" and shall pursue a policy of a National Directorate beyond reproach which shall serve as the example for the real estate service practitioners to follow and emulate rather than be an exception to the rule or to be regarded as an "old boys' club". "Caesar's wife ought to be above suspicion, Caesar himself ought to be so too". The Administrator deems and considers all of the co-Trustees in the National Directorate as constructive partners in the growth and development of the AIPO but shall not hesitate "to call a spade a spade" and shall not deter the Administrator to expose what in in its opinion are acts or policies inimical to the greater interests of the real estate service practitioners-at-large or are act/s violative of the provisions of PhilRES By Laws; accreditation as the AIPO for the real estate service; and/or violations of the provisions of RA 9646, RA 8981 and PRC Resolution 2004-178.

The Administrator welcomes constructive criticisms that shall result in a better AIPO that shell serve the general welfare, best interests and protection of the real estate service practitioner and of PhilRES. The same rules of measure is applicable to all including the Administrator as there should be no "sacred cows" in the PhilRES organization and in the real estate industry. We should all be judged by the same measure we judge others. This FB Group page is an open site for all licensed real estate professionals as well as accredited real estate salespersons and other real estate industry stakeholders.
