SHERRY

by the glass

Luxurious and irreplaceable. With its roots dating back to 1650, the wines of Bodegas Tradicion are not only benchmarks in regard to authenticity and style, but also represent some of the oldest solera wines in Jerez. Alarmingly rare, these bottles represent average ages of 25 to 45 years with particles within their solera system dating back to the times of Napolean.
Bodegas Tradicion Palo Cortado Jerez, Spain ............................16 Stylistically the rarest occurence in sheery wines. Intricate and complex layers of to ee, raw almond and slight brine nish, long and dry. Bodegas Tradicion Oloroso Jerez, Spain ......................................16 Toasted nuts, caramel, and to ee shine in a richer more dense form than Palo Cortado, but still nishing up light and dry. Bodegas Tradicion PX Jerez, Spain ................................................16 Hedonistic and shameless. Nearly black in color, this sticky sweet dessert wine spins a disorienting web of cocoa, co ee, baking spice and raw honey.

WHITE

This viognier stays on task with its perfume and texture in check, the mandarin orange and slick minerals will surely astound. 2010 Pyramid Valley Twin Valleys Vineyard, Savagnin Rose .........58 Marlborough, New Zealand. Rare and exquisitely cheese friendly. This rare grandparent of modern Gerwurtztraminer exibits a perfume of dried owers and pleasantly oily texture. 2010 Domaine Henri Pell, Morogues, Sauvignon Blanc .................56 Menetou-Salon, France.
