Please indicate clearly on the form for which market the fabrics are and put a label on the fabric itself. By doing this, the trendteam knows where to use the fabrics on the trendforum. Entries that are not complete with a correct entry-form, may not be used.
How to prepare your entry 1. Dedicate 1 person in your office for handling this sample request. 2. Have a close look at the 2013 trend themes in this file and select product samples and fabrics swatches (1m) from your collection that resemble these moods, colours and materials. 3. Save the sample request form on your computer (Word-doc). Fill out all requested details on the form. 4. Please indicate on the form if the concerned fabric is home textile or contract textile. 5. In case a fabric is suitable for both home and contract market, please fill out two forms and enclose two samples. 6. Please indicate on the form if you have more stock available in case we would need larger amounts of fabric or more readymade products. 7. Attach a label/sticker on the fabric containing your company name + home/contract info. 8. Make sure that you use a new form for each additional product sample. Every sample needs to be labelled/stickered and accompanied by a form! 9. Print the form and make sure that the form is attached or sucurely packed in a box or envelope with the correct sample or fabric. 10. Send your samples and forms to the following address before Monday 16th April 2012:
