Eligibility This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. All participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. For doing the above, you shall make one entry into the Contest, up to a maximum of two entries (One (1) for iOS and One (1) for Android). You agree to be contacted by pocketly.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and agents and their respective employees regarding your participation in the Contest and the use of your entries. Prizes and Selection of Winners Two (2) Prizes will possibly be awarded. Winners will be selected from all entries as follows: On 11/21/12, pocketly.com will randomly select winners Two lucky winners will receive a 16GB Apple iPad Mini - (One (1) for iOS and One (1) for Android). Please note: One winner per platform for 2 winners total (same person cannot win twice). Winners will be announced and contacted via email on November 23, 2012. Once contacted, winners have two (2) days to respond with their mailing information. If two days passes with no response, their prize will not be awarded. The approximate retail value of each prize ranges from $329.00 each USD. Winners will be notified via email. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local tax liability arising from the award of a Prize or participation in the Contest.
