Holdings, Inc. and National R.V., Inc., the debtors and debtors in possession in the above-captioned cases (the "Debtors"), concurrently have filed their application to this Court for an order authorizing the employment of Heller Ehrman LLP ("Heller") as their special corporate and labor counsel effective as of the commencement of these chapter 11 cases (the "Application").
