OBJECTION OF THE OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS TO MOTION OF UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA TO COMPEL IMMEDIATE ASSUMPTION OR REJECTION OF CERTAIN EXECUTORY CONTRACTS AND JOINDER IN DEBTORS OBJECTION The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the Committee) of the abovecaptioned debtors and debtors-in-possession (the Debtors),1 through its undersigned counsel, hereby respectfully objects to the Motion of Union Oil Company of California to Compel Immediate Assumption or Rejection of Certain Executory Contracts (D.I. 298) (the Motion) and respectfully joins in the Debtors Objection to the Motion (D.I. 357) (the Debtors Objection). In support of this objection, the Committee respectfully incorporates herein by reference each of the assertions and arguments set forth in the Debtors Objection, as if fully set forth herein.
