Roberts, Slattery & Marino PLC ("Schully") as Special Oil and Gas and Transactional Counsel to Debtors and Debtors in Possession for Compensation for Services Rendered and
Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period September 1, 2009 through September 30,

2009 (Docket No. 1164) (the "Application") filed on December 1,2009. The undersigned

other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon. Pursuant to the Notice of
