The undersigned counsel, on behalf of Pacific Energy Resources Ltd., et al.

("Debtors"), hereby certifies to the Court ("Certification") that attached hereto as Exhibit A is a
true and correct proposed order ("Order") that sustains certain objections by Debtors to certain
proofs of claim and continues the hearing on certain other claims that were the subject of the
Debtors' Second Omnibus Objection (Non- Substantive) to Certain (A) Duplicate Claims; (B)

Claims that have been Amended and Superseded; (C) Claims that were filed against the Wrong

Debtor; and (D) Claims for which there is Insuffcient Documentation filed and served on
February 22, 2010. (Docket No. 1350). The proposed Order sustains the uncontested objections

This matter having come before the Court on the Second Omnibus
Objection (Non-Substantive) to Certain (A) Duplicate Claims,' (B) Claims that have been

Claims for which there is Insufcient Documentation (the "Obection") of

the debtors in

the above-captioned chapter 11 cases (the "Debtors"), filed pursuant to sections 502(b) of
