The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of

the date hereof, he has received no

answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Quarterly Fee Application of Loeb & Loeb

LLP ("Loeb") as Financial Advisors to the Debtors for Compensation for Services Rendered and
Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period December 1, 2009 through February 28,

2010 (Docket No. 1559) (the "Application") fied on April 28, 2010. The undersigned further
