CERTIFICATION OF NO OBJECTION REGARDING FINAL FEE APPLICATION OF PACHULSKI STANG ZIEHL & JONES LLP FOR THE PERIOD MARCH 9, 2009 THROUGH DECEMBER 23, 2010 The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Final Fee Application of Pachuiski Stang Ziehi & Jones LLP ("PSZJ") as Counsel to the Debtors for Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period March 9, 2009 through December 23, 2010 (Docket No. 2200) (the "Application") filed on February 7, 2011.
