Habitat for Humanity

A Brush With Kindness
The latest news from Brian Finch at Habitat is that the next Brush With Kindness day will be at Yea next Saturday, October 20th where the teams are finishing off three homes that they are hoping to hand over to the partner families by mid November. Brian says next weeks day is organised, but if you would like to think about volunteering, check your diary for the next two dates which will be November 24th and December 15th. Although the location is not locked in, there are jobs at Buxton, Narbethong and Kinglake, so these dates will be at one of those locations. It will be block clearing and log splitting and possibly cutting up fallen trees. If anyone is interested in joining the team for these dates please contact Brian direct by email: BFinch@habitat.org.au If you would like to contribute financially to these vital housing projects please contact Brian, or Phil Curtis - email vic.info@habitat.org.au
