ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION BETWEEN DEBTORS AND BECKER PROPERTIES, LLC REGARDING TIME TO FILE PROOF OF CLAIM FOR REJECTED LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY This matter having come before the Court upon the stipulation of the parties and the Court being fully advised and finding that: 1. Becker Properties, LLC (Becker) and Debtor Collins & Aikman Products Co.

(Debtor) are parties to a lease of nonresidential real property commonly known as 1601 Clark Road, Havre de Grace, Maryland 21078 (the Lease).

The Debtors in the proposed jointly administered cases include: Collins & Aikman Corporation; Amco Convertible Fabrics, Inc.; Becker Group, LLC (d/b/a Collins & Aikman Premier Mold); Brut Plastics, Inc.; Collins & Aikman (Gibraltar) Limited; Collins & Aikman Accessory Mats, Inc. On July 5, 2007, this Court entered an order allowing Debtor to reject the Lease

with an effective date of July 31, 2007 [Docket #7693] and providing that Becker should file its claims based on rejection of the Lease by August 31, 2007. Upon the stipulation of the parties, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, IT IS ORDERED THAT the deadline for Becker to file its proof of claim in this Chapter 11 proceeding with respect to its claims, if any, arising from the rejection of the Lease is October 30, 2007.
