Claim Motion), and as grounds therefore states as follows: 1. Createc filed the Createc Admin Claim Motion and asserted an Administrative

Claim in the amount of $23,094.72. 2. The Createc Admin. Claim Motion also indicated that Createc had the sum of

$60,000.00 in its possession as a deposit by Collins & Aikman (the Deposit). 3. The Createc Admin Claim has been satisfied and the Deposit has been returned to

Collins & Aikman. 4. Createc notes that the Collins & Aikman Post-Consummation Trust (C&A

PCT) indicates that Createc holds two claims in the identical amount of $23,094.72 and has assigned them Claim Numbers 8798 and 8814.

C&A PCT indicates that Claim Number 8798 was filed on November 12, 2007

(the same date that Createc filed the Createc Admin. Claim Motion) and that Claim Number 8814 was filed on November 15, 2007. 6. Createc assumes that upon filing of the Createc Admin Claim Motion that C&A

PCT created Claim Number 8798 for that claim. Createc did not file a second claim or claim motion on November 15, 2007 or at any time after November 12, 2007. Createc has been unable to determine the genesis of Claim Number 8814 and Collins & Aikman has been unable to enlighten Createc on that issue. It is believed that Claim Number 8814 resulted from an inadvertent double entry of the information from Createcs Admin. Claim Motion. 7. On January 17, 2008, C&A PCT filed the Collins & Aikman Post-Consummation

Trusts First Omnibus Objection to Claims (Duplicate Claims) (Docket No. 8788) which seeks to disallow Claim Number 8798 as duplicative of Claim 8814. 8. As Createcs Administrative Claim set forth in Createcs Admin. Claim Motion

has been satisfied it, and Claim Numbers 8798 and 8814 should be withdrawn and expunged. WHEREFORE, Createc respectfully withdraws the Createc Admin. Claim Motion and it and the related Claim Numbers 8798 and 8814 should be expunged. Respectfully submitted,
