Fejfar from his Apartment, which is located withing the Carol Apartment building, 72 South Fremont Ave., Bellevue (Pittsburgh) PA, 15202. The letter posted on Anthony J. The above illegal eviction notice is illegal for the following reasons: 1. The notice is too indefinite, not stating sufficient facts. 2. Anthony J. Fejfar is approximately 54 years old, and lives a lifestyle of solitude, not having any guest locally, but only occasional visits by relatives from out of town. 3. At the time and date of the notice referred to herein, Anthony J. Fejfar has had not guests for the last 6 months, and the only guest within the last year has been Anthony J. Fejfars elderly mother, so that the allegation in the illegal eviction notice is factually false.

4. There is no anti-noise clause in the lease, and no decibal limitiation and no standard clause in the approximately 40,000 Prudential Realty apartments in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. 5. Prudential Realty, on information and belief, is in violation of the Federal, Sherman AntiTrust Act. 6. There is no eviction statute in Pennsylvania.

7. Anthony J. Fejfar has previously made substantial Implied Warranty of Habitability legal claims against the alleged Landlord, Prudential Realty, which include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Defective and Inadequate Air Conditioning. 2. Substandard drinking water from the tap in the apartment. 3. Substandard Electricity in the apartment, namely, very low amperage. 4. Illegal multiplier on Anthony J. Fejfars Electric Bill for the apartment 5. Inadequate ventilation in the apartment. 6. Insufficient sound proofing in the apartment door, walls, ceiling, and floor. 7. Substandard Heating in the apartment. Additionally, Anthony J. Fejfar is hypoglycemic and diabetic and as a result also suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome. Thus, Anthony J. Fejfar has the protection of the Federal Fair

Housing Act, which prohibits landlords from discriminating against tenants on the basis of a physical or mental disability. Anthony J. Fejfar has asserting directly to Prudential Reality and

County Officials that he is being discriminated against on the basis of a disability. On information and belief, Anthony J. Fejfar is asserting that Prudential Realty is an unincorporated

front organization for the neonazi Opus Dei-Al Queda moslem terrorist group. Also, on information and belief, Prudential Realty is conspiring to prevent Anthony J. Fejfar from writing as an Author on legal topics dealing with property and landlord tenant law, in violation of the American First Amendment, Universal Law, and International Law. Additionally, it is asserted that Prudential Realty is a State Actor for purposes of the Federal Statutes, 42 United States Code section1983, and 18 United States Code section 242, as stated in the United States Supreme Court Case of Lugar vs. Edmundson Oil (1982), and is in violation of those federal statutes, both civilly and criminally. Also, it is asserted by Prudential Reality has violated the Federal Mail Fraud criminal statute. Moreover, on information and believe, Prudential Reality is operating as an illegal unincorporated association, and thus lacks the legal capacity to contract or own real property. Additionally, on information and belief, Prudential Realty is affiliated with the RussianCuban mafia, and is an illegal racketeering based organization, as defined by the Federal Statute, The Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), and thus is operating illegally. Additionally, the alleged eviction notice is not signed by a Corporate Officer. The Author of this Notice, Anthony J. Fejfar, is asking the American Public for financial and political support so that he is not illegally evicted.
