Customer Integration Details

Web customer can register online. All The registration information like account information, contact information, billing & shipping address, etc. will be synchronized to SAP Business One Business Partner Master Data Any existing Magento web customer details can be downloaded to the ERP Business Solution automatically in real time.

Business Partner

In the other way a new Business Partner can be created in ERP Business Solution and can be uploaded to the Magento storefront with all details. These new business partners will be treated like normal e-commerce customers and will get the web account login details through an email. Web customer can be activated in two different ways. The first approach is registered web customer will be activated by the ERP User from within SAP Business One. The second one is to activate the web customer through a confirmation email. SBOeConnect 2.2 concatenates a configurable Prefix and Suffix string with Magento Web Customer ID and will treat this as a new B.P Code at the time of syncing the customer details in SAP B1. This mechanism introduced to avoid customer data redundancy/duplication.

All the existing SAP Business One business partners can be uploaded to the multiple websites of e-commerce storefront in different web customer groups with a single click. Customer gender and customer tax codes can also sync between SAP B1 and Magento e-commerce. Multiple Addresses present in the web customer account, will now sync back as shipping addresses in SAP B1 Business Partner Master Data along with the customer details.

Order Integration Details

SBOeConnect 2.2 provides an excellent flexibility with the Orders. Now web orders can sync back as Sales Order/Draft in SAP Business One. Syncing Web Orders as Draft, provides the ability to SAP User to check the credit limits, ensure about the payment, etc. before converting it into an ERP Sales Order. All the web sales orders placed by the guest customers will also be transformed into ERP Sales Orders and placed against a defined guest business partner in SAP Business One. Existing open web orders can be downloaded to SAP Business One. After web order is synchronized from e-commerce store to back end ERP, Successful/ Failure online payment status will be reflected in ERP Sales Order.

On the other hand new and existing Sales Orders of SAP Business One can be uploaded to Magento store front in just a single click.

Once Delivery/ A/R Invoice is generated in SAP B1, web user can instantly get the update by viewing the web order status ,which will be changed to Processing/Shipped and Complete.

Item Integration Details

Promote SAP Business One items to the e-commerce web store as simple, configurable, bundled and grouped products. SAP B1 User can attach multiple images along with an item before uploading to e-commerce web store.

Current Inventory Levels associated with the ERP items will be picked up at the time of Product Upload and this will be reflected in the storefront.

Special Prices/Discounts on items and item groups can be set from back end ERP software and this will be reflected in the web store. Similarly existing simple, configurable, grouped and bundled web products with all the details along with the images can be downloaded to ERP software in just one click. If the e-commerce admin updates any product details, this will instantly be reflected in SAP Business One Item Master Data.

Any update on items like stock, price, item details, etc. in ERP software will instantly be reflected in e-commerce storefront.

Price of products can now be configured in SAP and synchronized as per the selection of Magento website.

Magento promotional pricing facility of Tier price and Special price can now be better utilized as both functionalities are integrated with SAP B1 Pricelists through SBOeConnect 2.2.

Payment Integration Details

SBOeConnect 2.2 supports any kind of Online Payment Methods like Payment Gateways, PayPal, Authorize.Net, etc.

Shippng Method

SBOeConnect 2.2 is also capable to cater with capturing of Credit Card Information from a PCI Compliant Magento Shopping Cart and will sync that back to SAP Business One. Any kind of online payment in the web will generate an Incoming Payment document in the backend ERP solution. The web payment transaction id is also available in that Incoming Payment document.

Shipping Type

Shipping Integration Details

Shipping Method selected by the web customer in the e-commerce storefront will be reflected in SAP B1 Sales Order after order synchronization. Similarly shipping charges calculated in the storefront is also available in SAP Business One Sales Order.

SAP B1 user can put the shipment tracking no. in SAP Business One Sales Order before generating delivery.This tracking number is available in the storefront in the order details. Thus web customer can track his/her shipments using this tracking number.
