Dear Minister of Justice Neeman: Following the September 19, 2012 letter by the Ministry of Justice Freedom of Information Officer Attorney Michal Teneh, regarding Request (46-( , )the "Request"), pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (1988), (the "Act"), originally filed on June 27, 2012, the undersigned, Dr Joseph Zernik, forwarded to Minister Neeman a letter, dated October 24, 2012, asking for clarifications regarding compliance, or lack thereof, with the Act in the ongoing failure of the Minister of Justice to respond on the Request.
