Meditation to Awaken the Inner Self

From october 2 to 11/11/11
Sit with a straight spine in Lotus, Half Lotus or Easy pose. Chant 'Gobinday Mukhanday Udaraay Apaaray Hariang Kariang Nriname Akarmay Har Har Har Har' powerfully pulling the navel point on each word and then inhale in 4 strong parts through the nose which will sound like loud sniffs. Continue for 31 or 62 minutes. Mudra Join the two arms from the elbows and have the palms flat against each other in Prayer pose. Raise the arms so the upper arms are at 90 degrees to the chest. Eyes are closed with the focus at the tip of the nose. Explanation This practice connects the Kundalini Gayatri with the power of the Fire Element of the Navel point. The 'Gobinde' mantra was the gift of the Master of the Radiant Body and it's mastery gave Baba Deep Singh the capacity to perform the exploits for which he is known and loved throughout the history of the Dharma. The addition of the 4 'Har's and the 4 inhales creates a second ashtanga form which amplifies the potency of the first, directs it squarely at the point of manifestation on the material realm of the Earth Element and then invokes the energy of Four Directions to fuel the pranic field of the Kriya. Simultaneously, the mudra locks the flow of the Heart and Throat Chakras fusing the elements of Air and Ether at the point of the Ajna, the screen where the Past and Future meet in the Eternal Present. This is the Temple of Projection that holds the secret of manifestation on the various planes of existence. Guru Nanak enumerated them as 18000 in Jap Ji. Such mudras were commonplace in the Initiatory Temples of the Pharaonic culture under the tutelage of the Djedas, the Serpent Priests. They are both extremely potent and extremely challenging. This practice wakens the self by aligning and stimulating the Pranic flow throughout the various bodies mental, physical and subtle to generate momentum, magnitude

Meditation to Align your Self to Guru Ram Das - the Guardian of the Aquarian Age.
For 11/11/11 onwards for 120/1000 days
Sit in a comfortable pose with the spine straight. Do Lotus, half Lotus or Easy pose depending on your capability. Have the eyes one sixteenth open. Women join the left thumb tip to their ring finger and their right thumb tip to their Saturn finger tip in Shuni mudra. Men reverse the mudra. Note that each gender is using the energy of the Seal of the Sun on their dominant side. The mudra is comfortably placed on your knees. Chant in a quiet soft monotone ' Guru Guru Whahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru'. Yogi Bhajan said ,' When you chant this the impossible becomes pure, simple truthfully possible'.

The guardian of the PIscean Age was Lord Jesus. Guru Ram Das is the guardian of the Aquarian Age and this remains the personal mantra of Yogi Ji, Kundalini Master. It is a 'maithuna' which means and actually creates a palpable protective and projective vibratory field around the yogi who chants it. It is in 'ashtanga' or 8 beat form which is designed to penetrate the psyche to it's depths. The first four syllables are 'nirgun' which means 'so subtle as to be without form' and the final four syllables are 'sirgun' which means the sounds coalesce into the material realm. With such exquisite simplicity this practice encompasses the elements of Earth and Ether and bridges them into a coherent orbital pathway for the devotee to tread. The name Guru Ram Das reduces into it's Naad form as 'Ra Ma Da Sa' or 'Sun Moon Earth Infinite'. This means that when the. Sun and Moon energies (the Pingala and Ida or the Yang and the Yin) balance on the earth 'Da', then Infinite 'Sa' consciousness prevails through the person who articulates the sounds. Practice this meditation for 31 minutes per day for 120 days to align your Spiritual self to the frequency of Aquarius. It will lead your consciousness to the centre of compassion which resides in every human at the Heart Chakra, the prevailing vibration of the Aquarian Age which begins on 11/11/11. Welcome to Kundalini Yoga. Welcome to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and welcome to the Age of Aquarius. Sat Nam.
