Thank-you for having me at this conference.

My name is Dr Andrew Moulden.
I was a physician and a PhD scientist.
I left medicine this past July because the system within which I work is quite sick.

And this past November 8th I was elected leader of the

Canadian Action Party – a Federal political party
Here in Canada started by Deputy Prime Minister
Paul Hellyer in 1997 focused on:
Canada’s sovereignty, our economic freedom,
And the use of our Bank of Canada to fund our infrastructure.

But I am here to talk to you today about issues that affect the globe,
And the Canadian Action has a particular issue that is fond and dear
To everyone’s hearts in this room.

We require your awareness and understanding.

I am going to try and impart that for you today in under ten minutes.

We have recently put together a compilation of our medical work that right now is before
the United States Federal Circuits Courts on Vaccine Injuries.

We have established, without a doubt,

Without one iota of a doubt
That all vaccines have been causing harm, for everybody, leading to:

1 child in six with a specific learning disability.

I child in 87 with autism
You will see it all here today:
Deaths and adverse reactions from Gardasil.

¼ of a million vets from Gulf Wars one and two with chronic illnesses
from anthrax series vaccinations.

Specific learning disabilities and 15% of the childhood population

Across the planet with attention deficit disorders.

Infants/children with Sudden infant death syndrome.

And many parents in jail for alleged shaken baby syndrome when we can
now show conclusively that this was an adverse reaction,
immediate and delayed, from the vaccine industry.

We have answers. We have solutions.

We will give you the answers for all to see for yourself today,
In less than ten minutes.

We have before the Federal Circuit Courts right now.

President Barack Obama recently came into power

And he made his first agenda on the health issues:
“Autism, as his number the cause and solutions
to start helping all of those families.

We have the answers and we have some solutions, from Canada

And we need to give it to the Globe.

We need your awareness to do so.

This is Dr. Shiv Chopra. Dr Chopra was our food and drug
safety advisor with health Canada For 40 years.

His recent book came out called “Corrupt to the core”

He has gone against this corruption, with other scientists,

On Food and Drug safety, against a series of Prime Ministers

The Privy Council of Canada and a corrupt Health Canada

Telling us that many of the substances in our food and drug
And in your food and drug, are unsafe.

He sequentially has been over-ruled.

He said silicon breast implants were not safe – he was over-ruled.

They said Bovine growth hormone is unsafe – it is a carcinogen – over-ruled.
They said revalor and baytril antibiotics not safe – over-ruled.

The corporations, including Monsanto and big pharmaceutical firms,

Have control of your checks and balances,
And Dr Chopra and colleagues were ordered not to disclose
What they were seeing and speaking about.

They were fired – Dr Chopra and a few others four years ago.
Your health Canada, and your current governments, are holding
These people at bay, by keeping them fired and not speaking
On your health, wealth, and safety.

It is making us all sick.

At the bottom of his book he Says:

,since he looked at the original data,
that the idea of safe and efficacious vaccines is a ruse, always has been,
and now you will see why.

This, ladies and gentleman is a stroke, in an adult.

There are a few clinical features you sometimes see with strokes
In people with blockages of blood supply for varied reasons.

Here we see quite clearly, the corner of the mouth is drooping

(and loss of symmetry in smile) in these adults
who have had a stroke for varied reasons.

These are not vaccine injuries.

But look very carefully at the corner of the mouth.

In neurology we call this a 7th cranial nerve lesion.

Now when you see the same clinical sign in many
After vaccinations, who later get various medical diagnoses,
We have a serious problem.

There is a problem.

All vaccines are causing ischemic lack of blood flow for everybody.

(across all neurodevelopment disorders including autism, gardasil adversity,
learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, gulf war syndrome,
dementia, sudden infant death…)
