(Shows he did not know before?)

Ge 18:17 And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do; 20 And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom

children of Israel, and God had respect unto them.

Ex 4:8 And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe thee, neither hearken to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the

this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, which
have murmured against me, (Shows he did not know before?)
Nu 25:11 Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, while he

Nu 33:55 But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let

know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. (Shows he did not know before?)
Jos 10:13 And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this
written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day. 14 And
there was no day like that before it or after it, that the LORD hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the LORD fought for Israel.
(Shows he did not know before?)

Jos 24:20 If ye forsake the LORD, and serve strange gods, then he will turn and do you hurt, and consume you, after that he hath
done you good. (The if shows he did not know before?)
Jg 2:2 And ye shall make no league with the inhabitants of this land; ye shall throw down their altars: but ye have not obeyed my
voice: why have ye done this? 12 And they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt,
and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the
LORD to anger. (Shows he did not know before?) 13 And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth.u 14 And the
anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that spoiled them, and he sold them into
the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies. 15 Whithersoever they went
out, the hand of the LORD was against them for evil, as the LORD had said, and as the LORD had sworn unto them: and they
were greatly distressed. 16 Nevertheless the LORD raised up judges, which delivered them out of the hand of those that spoiled
them.
17 And yet they would not hearken unto their judges, but they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves unto them:
they turned quickly out of the way which their fathers walked in, obeying the commandments of the LORD; but they did not so.
(Shows he did not know before?)
18 And when the LORD raised them up judges, then the LORD was with the judge, and delivered them out of the hand of their
enemies all the days of the judge: for it repented the LORD because of their groanings by reason of them that oppressed them and
vexed them. 20 And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel; and he said, Because that this people hath transgressed my
covenant which I commanded their fathers, and have not hearkened unto my voice; (Shows he did not know before?)
21 I also will not henceforth drive out any from before them of the nations which Joshua left when he died: (Shows he did not know
before?)

or not. (Shows he did not know before?)
23 Therefore the LORD left those nations, without driving them out hastily; neither delivered he them into the hand of Joshua.
(Shows he did not know before?)

tanto, yo no os libraré más. (Shows he did not know before?)
Jg 10:14 Go and cry unto the gods which ye have chosen; let them deliver you in the time of your tribulation. 15 And the children of
Israel said unto the LORD, We have sinned: do thou unto us whatsoever seemeth good unto thee; deliver us only, we pray thee, this
day. 16 And they put away the strange gods from among them, and served the LORD: and his soul was grieved for the misery of
Israel. (Shows he did not know before?)
Jg 13:5 For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God
from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines. 6 Then the woman came and told her
husband, saying, A man of God came unto me, and his countenance was like the countenance of an angel of God, very terrible: but
I asked him not whence he was, neither told he me his name: 7 But he said unto me, Behold, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son;
and now drink no wine nor strong drink, neither eat any unclean thing: for the child shall be a Nazarite to God from the womb to
the day of his death. 8 ¶ Then Manoah intreated the LORD, and said, O my Lord, let the man of God which thou didst send come
again unto us, and teach us what we shall do unto the child that shall be born. 9 And God hearkened to the voice of Manoah; and
the angel of God came again unto the woman as she sat in the field: but Manoah her husband was not with her Jg 13:24 ¶ And the
woman bare a son, and called his name Samson: and the child grew, and the LORD blessed him. 25 And the Spirit of the LORD
began to move him at times in the camp of Dan between Zorah and Eshtaol. Jg 16:7 And Samson said unto her, If they bind me
with seven green withs that were never dried, then shall I be weak, and be as another man. 8 Then the lords of the Philistines
brought up to her seven green withs which had not been dried, and she bound him with them. 9 Now there were men lying in wait,
abiding with her in the chamber. And she said unto him, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he brake the withs, as a thread
of tow is broken when it toucheth the fire. So his strength was not known. 10 And Delilah said unto Samson, Behold, thou hast
mocked me, and told me lies: now tell me, I pray thee, wherewith thou mightest be bound. 11 And he said unto her, If they bind me
fast with new ropes that never were occupied, then shall I be weak, and be as another man. 12 Delilah therefore took new ropes,
and bound him therewith, and said unto him, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And there were liers in wait abiding in the
chamber. And he brake them from off his arms like a thread. 13 And Delilah said unto Samson, Hitherto thou hast mocked me,
and told me lies: tell me wherewith thou mightest be bound. And he said unto her, If thou weavest the seven locks of my head with
the web. 14 And she fastened it with the pin, and said unto him, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he awaked out of his
sleep, and went away with the pin of the beam, and with the web. 15 And she said unto him, How canst thou say, I love thee, when
thine heart is not with me? thou hast mocked me these three times, and hast not told me wherein thy great strength lieth. 16 And it
came to pass, when she pressed him daily with her words, and urged him, so that his soul was vexed unto death; 17 That he told her
all his heart, and said unto her, There hath not come a razor upon mine head; for I have been a Nazarite unto God from my
mother's womb: if I be shaven, then my strength will go from me, and I shall become weak, and be like any other man. 18 ¶ And
when Delilah saw that he had told her all his heart, she sent and called for the lords of the Philistines, saying, Come up this once,
for he hath shewed me all his heart. Then the lords of the Philistines came up unto her, and brought money in their hand. 19 And
she made him sleep upon her knees; and she called for a man, and she caused him to shave off the seven locks of his head; and she
began to afflict him, and his strength went from him. 20 And she said, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he awoke out of
his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself. And he wist not that the LORD was departed from him.
21 But the Philistines took him, and put out his eyes, and brought him down to Gaza, and bound him with fetters of brass; and he
did grind in the prison house. Jg 16:28 And Samson called unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, remember me, I pray thee,
and strengthen me, I pray thee, only this once, O God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes. 29 And

Samson took hold of the two middle pillars upon which the house stood, and on which it was borne up, of the one with his right
hand, and of the other with his left. 30 And Samson said, Let me die with the Philistines. And he bowed himself with all his might;
and the house fell upon the lords, and upon all the people that were therein. So the dead which he slew at his death were more than
they which he slew in his life. (Shows how God interacted according to the works of men?)
1Sa 2:27 ¶ And there came a man of God unto Eli, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Did I plainly appear unto the house of
thy father, when they were in Egypt in Pharaoh's house? 28 And did I choose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be my priest, to
offer upon mine altar, to burn incense, to wear an ephod before me? and did I give unto the house of thy father all the offerings
made by fire of the children of Israel? 29 Wherefore kick ye at my sacrifice and at mine offering, which I have commanded in my
habitation; and honourest thy sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the chiefest of all the offerings of Israel my people? 30
Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever:
but now the LORD saith, Be it far from me; for them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.
(Shows how God interacted according to the works of men?)
1Sa 3:11 ¶ And the LORD said to Samuel, Behold, I will do a thing in Israel, at which both the ears of every one that heareth it shall
tingle. 12 In that day I will perform against Eli all things which I have spoken concerning his house: when I begin, I will also make
an end. 13 For I have told him that I will judge his house for ever for the iniquity which he knoweth; because his sons made
themselves vile, and he restrained them not. 4:11 And the ark of God was taken; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas,
were slain. (Shows God interacted with men?)
1Sa 15:11 It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my
commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night. (Shows he did not know before?)
1Sa 16:1 ¶ And the LORD said unto Samuel, How long wilt thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over

(The if shows he did not know before?)

if shows he did not know before?)
2Ki 20:1 ¶ In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And the prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz came to him, and said unto him,

unto the LORD, saying, 3 I beseech thee, O LORD, remember now how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect
heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore. 4 And it came to pass, afore Isaiah was gone out into
the middle court, that the word of the LORD came to him, saying, 5 Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus
saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third
day thou shalt go up unto the house of the LORD. 6 And I will add unto thy days fifteen years; and I will deliver thee and this city
out of the hand of the king of Assyria; and I will defend this city for mine own sake, and for my servant David's sake. . (This shows
he did not know before?)
2Ki 21:12 Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Behold, I am bringing such evil upon Jerusalem and Judah, that whosoever
heareth of it, both his ears shall tingle. 13 And I will stretch over Jerusalem the line of Samaria, and the plummet of the house of
Ahab: and I will wipe Jerusalem as a man wipeth a dish, wiping it, and turning it upside down. 14 And I will forsake the remnant
of mine inheritance, and deliver them into the hand of their enemies; and they shall become a prey and a spoil to all their enemies;
15 Because they have done that which was evil in my sight, and have provoked me to anger, since the day their fathers came forth
out of Egypt, even unto this day. . (This shows he did not know before?)
1Ch 21:15 And God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it: and as he was destroying, the LORD beheld, and he repented him of

threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite. . (This shows he did not know before?)

the hand of Shishak. . (This shows he did not know before?)

of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward
him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
2Ch 21:7 Howbeit the LORD would not destroy the house of David, because of the covenant that he had made with David, and as he
promised to give a light to him and to his sons for ever. . (The howbeit shows he did not know before?)

not know before?)
2Ch 30:18 For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim, and Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves,
yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it was written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, The good LORD pardon every
one 19 That prepareth his heart to seek God, the LORD God of his fathers, though he be not cleansed according to the purification
of the sanctuary. . (This shows the interaction?) 20 And the LORD hearkened to Hezekiah, and healed the people.

forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes? . (This shows he did not know before?) 5 And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to
my vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be eaten up; and break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden
down: 6 And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command
the clouds that they rain no rain upon it. 7 For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his
pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.
Jer 2:21 Yet I had planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed: how then art thou turned into the degenerate plant of a strange vine
unto me? 28 But where are thy gods that thou hast made thee? let them arise, if they can save thee in the time of thy trouble: for
according to the number of thy cities are thy gods, O Judah. 29 ¶ Wherefore will ye plead with me? ye all have transgressed against
me, saith the LORD. 30 In vain have I smitten your children; they received no correction: your own sword hath devoured your
prophets, like a destroying lion. . (This shows God interacting?)

reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. Jer 18:10 If it do evil in my sight, that
it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them. . (This shows he did not know before?)

amend your ways and your doings, and obey the voice of the LORD your God; and the LORD will repent him of the evil that he
hath pronounced against you. 14 As for me, behold, I am in your hand: do with me as seemeth good and meet unto you. 15 But
know ye for certain, that if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves, and upon this city, and upon
the inhabitants thereof: for of a truth the LORD hath sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears. 16 ¶ Then said the
princes and all the people unto the priests and to the prophets; This man is not worthy to die: for he hath spoken to us in the name
of the LORD our God. . (This shows he did not know before?) 17 Then rose up certain of the elders of the land, and spake to all the

the mountain of the house as the high places of a forest. 19 Did Hezekiah king of Judah and all Judah put him at all to death? did
he not fear the LORD, and besought the LORD, and the LORD repented him of the evil which he had pronounced against them?
Thus might we procure great evil against our souls.

mourning: 13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful,
slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil. 14 Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a
blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God? (This shows Gods interaction, there is no
hint of controlled wills?)

Mt 23:37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have
gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! (This shows Gods
interaction, there is no hint of controlled wills. To teach this would make Jesus a hypocrite?)
Lu 10:31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. (This
shows Gods interaction, there is no hint of controlled wills?)
Lu 17:3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. (This if shows Gods
interaction, there is no hint of controlled wills?)
Lu 17:6 And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the
root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you. (This if shows Gods interaction, there is no hint of controlled wills?)
Lu 20:13 Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son: it may be they will reverence him when they
see him. (This shows Gods interaction, there is no hint of controlled wills but rather contingency?)
Ga 4:9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements,
whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage? (they were not once saved always saved?)
Heb 4:3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest:
although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. (This shows Gods interaction, the thing purposed by God from all
eternity was changed. This text proves that the whole system of believing that all things are fixed and foreknow from all eternity is not
bibical )
Re 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I
will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. (This shows Gods interaction, there is no hint of controlled wills to gods
plan for all eternity?)
Re 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with
him, and he with me.. (This shows Gods interaction, there is no hint of controlled wills?)
Re 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things,
God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of
this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in
this book. (This shows Gods interaction, there is no hint of controlled wills or men saved from all eternity?)

Texts where God declared something was to come to pass and

later changed in his interaction with men
Nu 14:11 ¶ And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be ere they believe
me, for all the signs which I have shewed among them? 12 I will smite them with the pestilence, and disinherit them, and
will make of thee a greater nation and mightier than they. 13 And Moses said unto the LORD, Then the Egyptians shall
hear it, (for thou broughtest up this people in thy might from among them;) 14 And they will tell it to the inhabitants of
this land: for they have heard that thou LORD art among this people, that thou LORD art seen face to face, and that thy
cloud standeth over them, and that thou goest before them, by day time in a pillar of a cloud, and in a pillar of fire by
night. 15 Now if thou shalt kill all this people as one man, then the nations which have heard the fame of thee will speak,
saying, 16 Because the LORD was not able to bring this people into the land which he sware unto them, therefore he hath
slain them in the wilderness. 17 And now, I beseech thee, let the power of my Lord be great, according as thou hast
spoken, saying, 18 The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means
clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation. 19 Pardon,
I beseech thee, the iniquity of this people according unto the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou hast forgiven this people,
from Egypt even until now. 20 ¶ And the LORD said, I have pardoned according to thy word:
Nu 16:21 Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment. 22 And they fell upon
their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the
congregation? 23 ¶ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 24 Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from
about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram. 25 And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and Abiram; and the
elders of Israel followed him. 26 And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these
6

wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins. 27 So they gat up from the tabernacle of
Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood in the door of their tents, and
their wives, and their sons, and their little children. 28 And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the LORD hath sent
me to do all these works; for I have not done them of mine own mind. 29 If these men die the common death of all men,
or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the LORD hath not sent me. 30 But if the LORD make a new
thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick
into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD. 31 And it came to pass, as he had made
an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them: 32 And the earth opened her
mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods. 33
They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished
from among the congregation. 34 And all Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them: for they said, Lest the
earth swallow us up also. 35 ¶ And there came out a fire from the LORD, and consumed the two hundred and fifty men
that offered incense.
Nu 16:41 ¶ But on the morrow all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron,
saying, Ye have killed the people of the LORD. 42 And it came to pass, when the congregation was gathered against
Moses and against Aaron, that they looked toward the tabernacle of the congregation: and, behold, the cloud covered it,
and the glory of the LORD appeared. 43 And Moses and Aaron came before the tabernacle of the congregation. 44 And
the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 45 Get you up from among this congregation, that I may consume them as in a
moment. And they fell upon their faces. 46 And Moses said unto Aaron, Take a censer, and put fire therein from off the
altar, and put on incense, and go quickly unto the congregation, and make an atonement for them: for there is wrath gone
out from the LORD; the plague is begun. 47 And Aaron took as Moses commanded, and ran into the midst of the
congregation; and, behold, the plague was begun among the people: and he put on incense, and made an atonement for
the people. 48 And he stood between the dead and the living; and the plague was stayed. 49 Now they that died in the
plague were fourteen thousand and seven hundred, beside them that died about the matter of Korah. 50 And Aaron
returned unto Moses unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and the plague was stayed.

Brother H. Roy Elseth in his book “Did God Know?” ( Box 12546, St. Paul, MN 55112 USA) Has a list of 1,100 verses that imply
that God changes his mind and interacts with men according to their response to Him. There are many more. I invite you to help
me add to the list.
