Many a times one comes across children; especially infants crying for no apparent reason or getting up from sleep in a frightened state; having had a frightful nightmare. There could most probably be no apparent reason for this state; but if this behaviour pattern starts repeating everyday then it is possible that some bad and harmful energy is troubling the child. This mantra dedicated towards Kaal Bhairav if chanted 11 times is said to remove this bad energy from the surroundings of the child. After chanting the mantra take some ash which has fallen off from the agarbatti [incense stick] in your place of Worship and apply it to the forehead of the child and pray to Kaal Bhairav that the bad energy be removed immediately. This Mantra is said to be most effective in exorcising the child of evil energies.
