08/14/97 1:54 PM An hour and a half in the sun this morning with clouds moving about sleep interrupted

by upstairs movements on several occasions and toilet flushing a few times then the telephone but no message didnt sleep much but experienced infinite consciousness even wondered if there may be someone who has been guided by the spirit for the purpose of awakening like a detail that I might have missed before having assumed that the person is far too advanced in awakening of consciousness of the infinite and uncertain the mysterious and eternal perhaps it is so that that is the purpose of the alignment a rather novel idea I feel inadequate but it would explain a few things and is a much more attractive perception than most of the alternatives which are currently based in conflict abusiveness and hostility which opens up the idea of separation recently the idea came to me of making a proposal of cooperation rather than the current indifference and harassment then I realized that Ive been demonstrating cooperation and have proposed it as a resolution on many previous occasions with no positive outcome then I realized that in addition to that it just doesnt feel right any proposal for cooperation would have to come from the hostile party I consider that improbable but the idea of nurturing and supporting awakening of infinite consciousness feels better even if it is complicated by the assumption that the other party is already awakened to infinite consciousness then I found myself questioning that in light of the more recent and the now the whole experience of the individual verbal abuse physical assault obstruction invasion of privacy deprivation of freedom disturbance of the peace theft and appropriation of property doesnt look like the signs of the confident individual

aware of all time and all space yet there is as always the grain of uncertainty yet I also realized that even though uncertainty is of the nature of infinite awakened consciousness it is not total uncertainty its like there is a core surrounded by a fuzzy region but the core is there even if fuzzy and in this case the core looks like a finite consciousness a consciousness which expresses invincibility omnipotence or thereabouts all of which takes on the appearance of a shield a shield to conceal insecurity and vulnerability so its all very well but I dont feel like it at least right now maybe it is a seed of something that will grow but for now I have prajna beckoning me where Tulio why intending appearances firstly its probable that the last chapter of the book The Power of Silence concerns the intending of appearances in the sensory realm if so why has it to do with erosion of certainty it might well be or might it be better put as the exposure of uncertainty intending appearances as a work of just now an unhappy looking figure appears in front of me and asks about jeans and towels to wash and where they are is there intending of appearances going on there and here in front of me works of art designed for me exposures of uncertainty its been a prominent landmark always visible since Mary turned up then Dave and now Bill maybe its a technique to initiate dialogue since the expectation of course has to do with asking for money and the truck for a trip to the grocery store but thats not what was asked all the appearances were that the approach would be made according to an established schedule and there are lots of examples of similar intending of appearances

Plato and Castaneda both spend a lot of time writing about appearances and it is the heart of Parmenides truth and appearances in Castanedas Power of Silence the chapter on intending appearances seems to be aimed at an elaborate strategy requiring years of preparation on the part of the master artist for the purpose of manipulating perception to make it possible for the person who is the target of the manipulation to become aware that it is indeed possible for a master of the manipulation of awareness to shape the perceptions of another person much of it apparently relies on likenesses shall we say fakery hoaxes imitations counterfeits In my own personal experience Ive seen a great deal of this type of conduct hoaxes-counterfeits-imitations-manipulationsfakery-sorcery-deceptions from Mary Dave and Bill with a little help from Micky Joseph Katherine Jean and a few others During my time of solitude after the departure of Laini and Jodi I coined the word Master Sorcerer to denote a concealed person whom I have long suspected had directed the conduct of Mary in particular and probably Dave and the other Tucson crew of Micky Joseph Katherine etc. Long ago I asked Bill quite directly if he is the master sorcerer and he has categorically denied it but my experiences since that time tend to confirm that Bill is either the master sorcerer of the master sorcerers appointee to continue the fakeries and manipulations that were started and intensified by Mary One of the most prominent experiences that lead to the suspicion that Bill is the master sorcerer or as I came to call him in my private writings and a few letters to him: The Nagual Wilz is the events of the journey to the east Bryan Brown and J acid and movies and then the metaphor of the confinement and slavery that results from indulgence with and dependence on power plants a theme that is spelled out in detail in Castanedas writings where he recounts the explanation

given to him by the Nagual Juan about the ancient tradition of which they were both modern heirs of the knowledge developed Don Juan the Nagual Juan explains that the knowledge of their lineage began in ancient times with the consumption of power plants but that later in the development of the lineage their experiences with power plants were so catastrophic that they made one of many modifications and in this case it was to de-emphasize the place of power plants in their training and transmission of knowledge and this meant a switch to the development of impeccability which is apparently designed to get rid of self importance and indulgence which they found lead to slavery and away from freedom which became the new focus of the Nagual Lineage In my case I had a sober realization ( a realization experienced without any aid from power plants) that the journey east may have been a non-verbal lesson designed specifically for me to demonstrate without words that power plants lead to slavery and since then over a period of more than a decade I have experienced a series of realizations that have not been aided by power plants and in a state of sobriety and at this time a decade later this sobriety has now lead to independence from alcohol too which I dont consider to be a very effective power plant although it can induce some enjoyable states but like all sorts of chemical dependencies cannot lead to freedom since it is at its core a dependence on something material and sensory and in the development of infinite consciousness the entire realm of the sensory is no longer so closely attached as it must be for the chemically dependent whether it is alcohol, morning glory seeds, psychedelic mushrooms, lysergic acid diethylamide, MMDA, methedrine, cannabis, hashish, peyote................................................. So it was that I came to the idea of naming the man responsible for directing and guiding me along the trail in the journey to the east behind a storm system by the name Nagual Wilz because it became apparent to me that he had like the Nagual Elias, in Castanedas handling of intent story pre-

conceived the journey east for the purpose of providing a lesson in the importance of sobriety for liberation from the confinement of sensory perceptions and the experience of total freedom of perception which I call transformation from finite to infinite consciousness with the perspective provided by the experiences over the years I can now say that particularly in recent days and weeks and months there have occurred realizations in a sober state that I recall as very similar to realizations that occurred with the aid of power plants years ago it is quite amazing when I consider it back then I would indeed experience some quite awesome states of consciousness awareness of the timelessness of infinite consciousness and the simultaneity of it expansion of temporal extension uncertainty beauty When the effects of the power plants wore off however I felt confined and was quite unable to experience the awesome states of consciousness So it seems that today there is a continuation of a most significant string of realizations that have been fairly consistently occurring in recent days and weeks and months this time it is a bit like what Willis Harman said when commenting about the Planetary Culture and how important it is to develop an awareness of where we are in history where we are in evolution (of the Universe and the Planet of the sensory world) In this case it is personal history and personal evolution there is right now awakening an awareness of the wholeness of this process of evolution of consciousness and in particular the

awakening of states of consciousness in a sober state that were quite unimaginable except with the aid of power plants this is what is confusing about the conduct of people who have been involved in both providing and encouraging the use of power plants in the past and who have at the same time been the principle actors in the manipulations of sensory awareness that has eroded and dissolved my dependence on and view of sensory perception I am now and have long been very skeptical of sensory perception and almost as a rule of thumb I suspect everything I hear and perceive with the senses that has to do with these three people in particular and with everyone in general without exception . 08/14/97 3:02 PM I used to see this type of skepticism in Mary with respect to me. She believed nothing and suspected everything. I concluded that she must have had a lifetime of being exposed to manipulation and deception by her father and her brother.
