INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

This INVESTMENT AGREEMENT made and entered into on this .day of, 200., between CEDI TRUST FINANCIAL SERVICES acting per its Chairman/Chief ExecutiveDirector/Representative,..of P .O. Box A.Y.4 Asuoyeboa near Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of the Republic of Ghana (hereinafter called the BUSINESS ENTITY which expression shall where the context so admits include his successors, agents and assigns) of the ONE PART, and of .... (hereinafter called the INVESTOR which expression shall where the context so admits include his successors, agents and assigns) of the OTHER PART, whereby it is mutually agreed as follows:
1. That, the Investor shall invest and has invested, a principal of Ghana Cedis (..) in the business of CEDI TRUST FINANCIAL SERVICES. 2. That, the Business Entity shall pay to the Investor, an interest of . Ghana Cedis ( ) - representing ..(%) per centum of the said principal invested- every month(s). 3. That, the said Investment shall be from . day of.. 20 to day of, 20................................ 4. That, the Investor shall put the Lender on notice, at least one month, where he/she desires to withdraw the aforesaid investment before the period stipulated in this agreement. 5. That, in consequence of such early withdrawal the investor shall forfeit one month interest due, to the extent of the amount actually withdrawn.

6. That, as long as the Business Entity does not pay off a part or all of the said investment to the investor.. per centum (%) rate of interest on the investment shall be paid to the investor every . month(s). 7. That, both parties have agreed to abide by this agreement without deviation whatsoever. 8. In the event of deviation on the part of the Business Entity, the investor reserves the right to adopt any lawful means to recover the said amount together with any interest due.
