I NTRODUCTION/B ACKGROUND
PNS is associated with various organizations for several projects & has significance name in the GIS industry. PNS is conducting a GIS based field survey which broadly covers the Village/Gram Panchayat connectivity to its nearest Tahsil/Blocks of different states & their districts. This project is majorly covering all possible road/routes network between Village/Gram Panchayat location and Block/Tahsil.

S COPE

OF

W ORK

The scope of work is to collect information through field survey & survey equipment along the connecting roads to the Village/Gram Panchayat from its nearest Tahsil/Blocks provided by PNS. The selected vendors will responsible for the complete survey assign to him with in specified time period with desired quality. Each delivery will be as per the schedule shared by PNS without fail. The project also requires survey experience & GIS equipment understanding to perform it smoothly.

OF

P ERFORMANCE

The period to perform the assigned activity is 30 days from the date of work order. All work must be scheduled to complete within this timeframe. Any modifications or extensions will be requested is solely on PNSs discretion. Additionally, in case of non-adherence of the delivery schedule a penalty could be imposed on the vendor.

Route Survey: - Along the Road for all possible routes from Block/Tahsil to Gram Panchayat.

Input: Location of Block/Tahsil along with all Gram Panchayat information. JPG images for Existing routes (if any) with Aerial image as background.

A CCEPTANCE C RITERIA
Completion of all assigned Block/Tahsil within schedule time frame from the date of work order. 95% quality for Landmarks coverage of all attributes. 100% Pictures of all mandatory landmarks with co-ordinates 100% quality for GPS tracks ( i.e. coverage of all possible routes) 100% quality of video tracks ( i.e. coverage of all possible routes) 100% coverage of Landmarks pictures is mandatory for specified landmarks as per Appendix: 1 --Landmarks Document 100% information for each Gram Panchayat as per template.

T ERMS &

CONDITION

NDA will be signed between PNS & Vendor. In case there is change in KMs/scope of assigned work in the Block/Tahsil, then within 2 days vendor will inform PNS for the same. PNS may visit to vendor premises to verify team size and survey methodology. Camera Resolution must be 10 mega pixels and above for both Picture & video capturing. o Image setting Size should be 3500 pixel minimum o Video setting Resolution must be 1280 x 720 After every 2nd day of survey, delivery will be made as per Schedule. All survey plots & data is PNS Property which must be furnished after the completion of each Block/Tahsil survey in good condition. 10% per week of the project value will be imposed as penalty for the Delay in delivery as per planned Schedule. 60% of payment will be made ONLY after successful submission of the block wise Survey & generated Report as detailed in Special Conditions & Scope of Work verified & duly certified by the Competent Authority of Client. 20% of payment will be made after completion of Survey in the entire reach (completion of work). Left over 20% of payment will be made after verifying the surveyed data with the actual data collected during execution of the work from field after a period of six month. Scope of work may increase with prior information however that would be with minimal alterations.

1. Landmark Type: It is a name of group category of establishment or activity for Landmark identification. 2. Landmark Sub Type: It is a functionality identification of the Landmark 3. Width: It is width information of the landmark type which is valid for specific Landmark types.
