Write your comment about your opinion on Management. One of the great management i've ever work with. Also i would like to say Allan has been a very great manager i've ever encounter. In order to improve the relationship in between employer and employee, management has to be patient enough to listen the feedback from staff and act immediatly to help them to resolve their problem. (i.e Sales and General Meeting). Kindly ensure Sales Meeting must be finished at 4:30pm sharp and start General Meeting as supporting team need to stop their work and wait for them outside the conference room. Write your comment on how to improve Bentz Jaz Culture. Hope to have a room with sofa,TV and frige for bentz jaz staff to chill and use. Reason for this is because some of the time i can say most or all of us need to take a break from work just to destress ourself. We need a room for this usage. This might help us to take a quick break from work. In order to improve BJ culture, management has to continuous to seek for staff feedback and continue to improve and provide comfortable working environment to staff. Write your comment on how to improve Bentz Jaz Benefits. 5 working daysBesides the existing benefits provided by BJ, most of staff would appreciate to have five days work.It will also help the company save the cost and it could be one of the factor to recruit the new staff in future as well.- 5 days work instead 5.5 days- Provide make up or grooming class to lady staff (build up confident)we can implement something like employee of the month. Maybe a bit more incentive for those who's really work their hearts out for the company? Those who doesnt, well its up the management then.

Write comment on your immidiate Supervisor/Manager. Allan is always there for me when i needed his help most. There are times when he is really busy but no matter what he'll try his very best to come to me and answer my question one by one. Have never work with a manager that has shown concern.
