The project team was large (team size - 40+ ) 2. The project had several sub-teams 3. The project had significant impact on customer 4. It was a highly sensitive project with unique business processes and stringent SLAs Individual's role on the project Working as a Team Member in Sch1(S&MS) List of objectives 1. Help Account Manager to achieve Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) of 9.0 or equivalent 2. No delivery related Customer escalations for the project 3. Effective responsiveness to Customer requests 4 . Deliver value adds to customer 5. No. of asset reuse in the project 6. No. of innovations / process improvements identified and implemented for project 7. Familiarize with Project Quality Plan 8. Adherence to project quality goals 9. All project issues and risks are reported timely 10. Knowledge Sharing activities within the Project 11. Effective teaming, participation in teaming activities 12. Effective communication with in the team members 13. Effective knowledge sharing with new team members Results: 1. I am working on different type of orders like MI,Flat Files, Append, Match , Count request in my team. 2. I have delivered 400+ deliverables without defects in year 2011. 3. I had worked on new initial MI requests. I had delivered all of my deliverab les within time with correct results. 4. I have improved my technical knowledge from these all orders and also improve d communication skill.On an average I am delivering 50 deliverables per month an d all the products which I have delivered till now are defect free products. 5. 5. Not even missed a single SLA and delivering the results well before the TAT. 6. I managed and balanced my work by setting a priority for each item of work an d strictly following it. With concentration and focus on work, I could finish m any Requests within a small amount of time and got good feedback from team for p roducing defect free products. 7. Always follwed the coding standards to produce high-quality error-free delive rables with very low resources & with-in the time-frame 8.I have completed all the mandatory Certifications and Trainings. 9. I have delivered Some of the deliverables earlier as PM expected for that i g ot appreciation'n from some PM's like Kalman Lia,Nicholson, Kim Relationship: 1. I was not sure about the processing, I asked the opinion from the team and share d my opinions with the team when needed. 2. Effective communication with Team members as well as Team Leads for solving q ueries. 3. Helping new members in my team if needed. 4. Moreover, I have maintained this relationship with clients to gain th eir continuous support, corporation, involvement and contribution. 5.
