North Indian Dhaba in Cochin!!

Be ready for some serious spicy & hot north Indian flavour- This one bites right back. We are planning to start up a North Indian Dhaba restaurant in the heart of Cochin city. Understanding the potential of the business there ,we friends of five have decided to start up our restaurant little away from the city. As Cochin is a place where lot of people comes and settles from north for business and for jobs lack of north Indian restaurants were always a emptiness. Its to fill this emptiness we are Introducing a new concept to the people of Kerala. Main aim is not to come and just have food and go but complete relaxation by enjoying the true essence of north . The way we differ This is a major stop for buses and is large, open, and well lit with massive wooden tables and plastic chairs. You can sit or lie on the (coir beds )as typical north Indian Style, while waiters tells off the menu . Most of the food is cooked over wood fires, and the rustic flavour mixes well with the delicate combination of spices. The rotis called bhakris will have a distinct flavour after they are cooked on clay tavdi. Those prefer to have food in open air can go for that also. The food we serve Its a high energy sort of place serving tasty vegetarian food and prawns, crabs, fish curries, and just about every type of seafood, Chichen and what not. The Arabian sea is walking distance ensuring that all the sea food served is fresh. Each preparation is made dhaba style which means plenty of spices, plenty of colour, and a lot of deep frying.This ranges from the typical roti, dal, gobi, paneer, parantha, etc, to western style breakfast food including omelettes, sandwiches, fries, cutlets etc. and South Indian delicacies like dosas, idlis, and lots more. There will be good cold coffee with or without ice cream ,Chilled Lazziii Our pricing Best eats: Nort Indian Tali Rs:100,Amritsari mutton tawa tikka (Rs.130) and Amritsari seekh kebab fry (Rs.80 for two pieces). Meal for two: Rs.150-Rs.170 (vegetarian); Rs.200-Rs.220 (non-vegetarian). All in affordable rates targeting mid class (Taste is our Strength).

Flower of our restaurant Information elements The information elements start from our official website which gives detailed description about our restaurant and the various and facilities we are providing. This also include our online booking fascilities.The website will also provide a detailed roadmap showing the route both roadways and airways to reach the restaurant.Other than these we will also be having sign boards giving directions for people to reach the destination. There will be information board available at the front desk containing information about various dishes available, special dish for the day and the prices.

Order taking elements The facility to book the room will be given both online and offline. Telephonic booking facility is also available for regular and premium customers. There will be premium membership also available for clients who would like to add even more luxury and comfort to their stay. These clients will be given customised support even to the extent that they will have the luxury of selecting their room number and the even the furnishing inside the room. For other customers rooms will be allotted on the basis of availability. They will also need special membership requirements to avail other onboard facilities such as multispecialty fitness centre, vehicles rentals, guide bookings, tours planning and consulting etc.

Billing Elements The whole process of billing will be computerised with each request recorded in the customers and the name and when the customer checks out the automatic bill will be generated. Staff will also be appointed to give verbal statement of amount due and there will be various payment options available for the customer including credit card payments. Payment Elements Various payment options are made available to our clients. This includes payment being made both online and offline. For online payment direct payment from the customers bank account can be made through credit card system or electronic fund transfer facility can be used and the fund will be deduced from the customers financial deposits. This whole process will be automated thereby reducing the chances for human errors. Payment can also be made through offline modes which are through cheques or drafts or even ready cash. For separate facilities to be availed such as vehicle rentals and such facilities separate spot payment options are available.

Consultation We provide customized service for customers for their requirements such as Parties, Birthday parties, Home delivery, etc. Recipe Show conducted once in six months where customers can learn and interact with popular chefs all around the world to know about different recipes and get information for their queries. We also arrange Food festivals and Master Chef Contest on a monthly basis.

Hospitality Elements Providing different varieties of food like Indian Foods (North and South specials), Arabian Foods, Chinese, Italian, and Continental etc. Clean and Hygienic Toilet and Washroom facilities. Customers are entertained till the time they leave the premises. Facilities such as Televisions and Childrens play area are provided to the customers so that they dont get annoyed during the waiting time. The restaurant is designed with genuine art and artifacts gracing the interiors also with hard flooring and strong task lighting. Our restaurant is situated in a very convenient location with a wide parking space. As part of security measures closed circuit TVs are installed at the alighting point and entrance door for scanning people coming into the restaurant. Safe keeping elements We also provide safe keeping measures such as baggage handling, parking facilities and security personnel to those who are in need of it. Child and pet care fascilities.Carwash, Laundry and dry clean facilities are also provided. Exceptions Elements Some of the exceptions that can be served if the customer requests in advance of sevice delivery such as ,slight change in standard operating procedure, child caring ,Disability needs etc will be taken care off. Also customers can register Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions directly if any to the Manager .The staff and the restaurant will and assist all needs of the customers and are there always to welcome and serve their guests.Also if the food gets delayed the customer will be provided with free addons.
